オリゴ糖含有粉末を製造するに当り、上記オリゴ糖を含
有する溶液に乳蛋白質及び乳糖を該溶液中のオリゴ糖含
有量に対して合計量で少くとも約2.8倍量(重量)含
有させ、且つ該溶液中の乳蛋白質と乳糖の含量重量比を
2:1乃至2:10に調整することを特徴とするオリゴ
糖含有粉末の製造方法。1.
