【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は熱交換器における胴板にチューブバンドルの挿

従来−ー般的な熱交換器のチューブバンドル挿入方法は

業やチェーンブロックによる引込作業により横姿勢によ

でなく、胴板内面ならびにバッフルプレートに傷がつく
こと、および管板にチューブを同時一体挿入できないと
いう問題点を有している。このことは、胴板とチューブ
バンドルとは挿入関係にあるので、同寸にはできず、胴
板内径>チューブバンドル外径、となつており、大型の
ものではその差が数mmとなる。このため、横姿勢で挿
入したチューブバンドルは胴板内で底面には接触するが
、上面には空隙を残す状態になる。従つて胴板側の管板
挿入用のチューブ孔とチューブバンドルのチューブとは
芯が一致せず、チューブを同時に一体挿入することは不
可能なのである。本発明はL型の起伏自在の起伏台を使
用することにより、他所で横姿勢で組立てられたチュー
ブバンドルをこの起伏台で型面に起こし、型面姿勢とさ
れたチューブバンドルにその上方より胴板を冠装するよ
うにすると共に、長短のチューブガイドを用いて、管板
にチューブを同時一体挿入するようになしたもので、従
来の問題点をことごとく解決し、大型の熱交換器の組立
てに採用して極めて効果的なチューブバンドル挿入方法
を得たものである。以下本発明の実施例について説明す
