。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a recess 16 by closely adhering end covering materials 2, 2 whose surfaces have been subjected to mold release treatment to both end surfaces of an outer skin material 1 formed in a thin groove shape.
The purpose of this method is to form a urethane building material, inject foamable urethane resin 3 into the recess 16, and then foam the urethane resin 3 to fill the recess. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for molding a urethane building material, which allows for good end closure of a urethane resin foam.

。However, urethane resin may leak from both end faces of the outer skin material in the advancing direction when it is injected and foamed, and if urethane resin is injected to prevent leakage, it is necessary to cut the end faces of the outer skin material that has been injected and foamed with urethane resin to align them. There was a large loss of expensive urethane resin or outer covering material. Furthermore, when the urethane resin is foamed, the urethane resin leaks, resulting in the urethane resin adhering to the surface of the outer covering material, and the urethane foaming pressure leaves traces of irregularities on the surface of the caterpillar on the surface of the outer covering material. The present invention aims to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, and will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Set to . As shown in Fig. 2, this jig 8 is made of silicone rubber on both ends of a hard and smooth substrate 9, such as an acrylic plate, a phenol plate, an aluminum plate, or a heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride plate, with a thickness of about 3 to 5 mm. End covering materials 2, 2 having such mold releasability and heat resistance are provided. The outer surface of this end covering material 2 is attached to a holding base 10, and this holding base 10 is attached to a protruding base portion 11 on the upper surface of the end portion of the substrate 9 using a spring 1.
2, so that the end covering material 2 slides on the upper surface of the end of the substrate 9. Further, an adhesive material 13 made of silicone rubber or the like is embedded in the upper surface of the substrate 9 on which the lower part of the end covering material 2 slides. In addition, the protrusion part 1 is
1, to connect the holding stand 10 to the holding stand 10, as shown in FIG. The tip is movably inserted into the guide hole 15 of the holding base 10 against the force of the spring 12. Then, the outer skin material 1 is set on this jig 8 as shown in FIG. A recess 16 is formed in close contact with. With the outer skin material 1 set in the jig 8 in this way, the lower caterpillar 6
Or set it on the conveyor and pour the outer skin material 1 from the injection head 4.
The foamable urethane resin 3 is injected into the recess 16 of the top.
The foam is formed between the lower caterpillars 5 and 6 or between the upper and lower conveyors to fill and fix the foam in the recesses of the skin material 1.
In the present invention, when the urethane resin is injected into the outer skin material and foamed as described above, the end covering material is brought into close contact with both end surfaces of the outer skin material to form recesses. This prevents the injected urethane resin from leaking and foaming.
In addition, this end face covering material has been subjected to mold release treatment, so after foaming, the end face covering material can be removed smoothly without damaging the end faces of the foam, and finishing treatments such as cutting the ends are not necessary. There is an advantage that the end portions can be finished well only by the foaming process without the need for foaming, and even if there are female and male tongue portions on both sides, poor bonding will not occur.

る。In addition, during foaming, the foam will not be extruded from the edges of the outer skin material and stain the surface edges of the outer skin material, and there will be no loss of expensive urethane resin due to urethane resin leakage, and no damage to the outer skin material due to staining or insufficient filling. Since cutting etc. can be prevented, material loss can be reduced and costs can be lowered. In addition, if you apply an adhesive material such as silicone rubber not only to the end face but also to the surface of the outer skin material, you can more reliably prevent the urethane resin from leaking during foaming, and the urethane resin will adhere to the surface of the outer skin material. Moreover, if the outer skin material is set on a hard substrate such as aluminum with a smooth surface, the surface of the outer skin material will not be deformed despite the urethane resin foaming pressure and foaming heat. A smooth surface can be maintained. Furthermore, if the end face covering material is allowed to come into elastic contact with the end face covering material, the tolerance of the length of the outer covering material can be absorbed by approximately ±5 mm.
