As shown in the figure, a secondary conductor 2 is wound around an insulating tube 1 provided for insulating the iron core with a wide interlayer insulator 3 interposed therebetween. In order to improve the electromagnetic mechanical force of the coil, a strip-shaped filler 4 is inserted into the end of the coil, or the end of the interlayer insulator 3 is bent, and an end insulator 4 is provided to form a secondary coil. In such multi-wound coils, the coil winding work is
After winding the primary or secondary conductor 2, 7, the interlayer insulator 3
8 is wound and inserted, and then the end insulators 4 and 9 are inserted. Therefore, the coil winding work is a discontinuous work process, which increases the working time and has been a major obstacle in automating the coil winding. In addition, for manufacturing the interlayer insulators 3 and 8 and the end insulators 4 and 9, special insulators that match the insulation dimensions of various coils are required, and it is necessary to manufacture and prepare many types of insulators. This would increase the cost of the multi-wound coil. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and its purpose is to reduce the number of types of insulators, expand the range of application of various coils, and provide a multi-wound coil that can shorten manufacturing time. It's about getting.

A wound layer 13a is formed. Winding layer 1 of this first step
3a, a coil conductor is successively placed on the winding end 12n of the first winding layer 13a. 12 is wound a predetermined number of times from the position (12n+1) in a direction opposite to that of the first wound layer 13a to form a second wound layer 13b. Further, on this second winding layer 13b, a coil conductor 12J continues from the winding end 12.2n of the second winding layer 13b.
A third wound layer 13C is formed by winding in the direction of the arrow from position n+1. In this way, a multilayer coil conductor winding layer is formed. Two tape-shaped insulators 1.4, 15 are wound on both ends of each of these wound layers 13a, 13b, 13C so as to overlap and laminate to form end insulators 16a, 16b, 16c. , 16d are formed. In addition, two tape-shaped insulators 14, 15 are provided between each of the wound layers 13a, 13b, and 13C.
interlayer insulators 17a, 17b, and 17c are formed by overlapping each other with an appropriate width and winding them in the same direction as the winding direction of the coil conductor 12 of the inner/side winding layer while overlapping each other with an appropriate width, These constitute a multi-turn coil. Such a multi-turn coil can be manufactured as follows. That is, as shown in FIG.
A conductor supply device (not shown) for supplying a conductor and rolls 20 and 21 for supplying two tape-shaped insulators 14 and 15 are provided. These rolls 20 and 21 are provided with feed screws 22 and 21, respectively.
23 allows movement in the same direction as the winding direction of the coil conductor 12. Using such a device, as shown in FIG. Two tape-shaped insulators 14 and 15 are superimposed and fixed on the left side). Then, by rotating the winding shaft 19, the insulating cylinder 11 is rotated, and the coil conductor 1 is
2 and tape-shaped insulators 14 and 15 are wound. Coil conductor 1
2 is wound a predetermined number of times from the position 12·1 to the position 12·n to form the first wound layer 13a. During this time, the tape-shaped insulators 14 and 15 are wound so as to be laminated by the thickness of the coil conductor 12 to form the end insulator 16a, and then the two tapes are rolled over the first wound layer 13a. The shaped insulators 14 overlap each other with an appropriate width and the first wound layer 1
The interlayer insulator 17a is formed by winding the interlayer insulator 3a while overlapping with an appropriate width along the direction of winding progress. At this time, the two tape-shaped insulators 14 and 15 are continuously formed to the insulation thickness necessary for insulating the layer by appropriately adjusting the overlap width between each other and the overlap width during winding. .

While the coil conductor 12 is wound a predetermined number of times from n+1) to the position 12·2n to form the second winding layer 13b, the two tape-shaped insulators 14 and 15 insulate the ends of approximately two layers of the coil conductor 12. Thing 1

Thereafter, a third (fourth or subsequent layer if necessary) winding layer 13C and interlayer insulator 17C are formed in the same manner, and the final end insulator 16d is formed. If a multi-wound coil is manufactured in this manner, the following effects can be obtained.

Even in a multi-wound coil with a small number of turns for one layer of the coil conductor 12, by adjusting the overlap width of the plurality of tape-shaped insulators 14, 15 and the overlap width during winding. By adjusting the overlapping width of the insulators and the width at the time of winding, it is possible to form an interlayer insulator having the thickness necessary for the coil. Therefore, by using a plurality of tape-shaped insulators, insulators suitable for various coils can be formed, and the range of application can be expanded. 2. Manufacture insulators of various sizes,
Since it is not used, it becomes an inexpensive multi-turn coil.

It is possible to sufficiently impregnate oil from objects, and since it is in the form of a tape, the impregnation speed is fast, and a multi-wound coil with good insulation can be obtained. Furthermore, if a film and insulating paper are used for multiple tape-shaped insulators, the insulating paper will be sufficiently impregnated with oil, and the film's excellent withstand voltage properties will provide a multi-wound coil with good insulation properties. be able to. As described above, in the multi-wound coil according to the present invention, a coil conductor is wound to form a plurality of winding layers, and the end insulator and interlayer insulator provided in each winding layer are replaced by a plurality of tape-shaped insulators. Since it is formed by stacking and winding materials, it is possible to form the insulation required for various coils using several types of insulating materials, expanding the scope of application to various coils, and making it inexpensive and insulating. A good multi-wound coil can be obtained.
