In such prior art, muddy water inevitably enters the space between the pipe, the sleeve, and 10 during construction.

In such cases, the printed display surface of the tape becomes difficult or impossible to read through the transparent sleeve from the outside. Furthermore, if water such as muddy water flows in the longitudinal direction of the pipe through the space between the pipe and the sleeve, corrosion of the pipe may be accelerated. Furthermore, the work of bending the extra circumferential portion of the sleeve at the axial crease as described above and then fixing it with a table is
20 It is an extremely troublesome work, and moreover, it requires a lot of labor as it has to be done inside the shaft. Therefore, it is conceivable to first insert the tube into the sleeve, and then wrap the tape around the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 25 times in the circumferential direction.

Also, the sleeve is shaped like an accordion.
If you were to shrink the pipe and put it in the shaft, then extend the sleeve inside the shaft, and then wrap the tape around the sleeve in the circumferential direction, you would have to work in a narrow shaft, which would be inefficient and , which requires a great deal of effort and is almost impossible in reality. 5. Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a corrosion-resistant coating for underground pipes that can improve corrosion protection and improve workability.

It is made from a raw material mainly made of soft and flexible polyethylene and is transparent. Information display portions 2 are provided on this sleeve 1 at equal intervals (for example, 2 m) in the axial direction. This information display section 2 displays the contents of the underground pipe to be protected by being inserted into the sleeve 1, such as city gas, water supply, power transmission lines, etc., and also has the administrator and the year of burial printed thereon. This information display portion 2 is formed along the entire outer circumferential direction of the sleeve 1. On the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 1,
Binding means 3 are arranged at equal intervals (for example, 2 m) in the axial direction and at positions other than the information display portion 2. This restraining means 3 is a flexible belt-like body made of synthetic resin that is longer than the outer circumference of the sleeve 1. This restraining means 3 extends approximately at right angles to the axial direction of the sleeve 1. The longitudinal center portion 3a of the restraining means 3 is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 1 at a fixing point 4. This fastening point 4 is a partial circumferential region of the sleeve 1 . This fixed point 4 is
All restraining means 3 lie in a straight line parallel to the axis of the sleeve 1. This sleeve 1 may also be formed with an information display section 5 along its axial direction on which the same content as the above-mentioned information display section 2 is printed.

Next, from one end of the tube 6, the sleeve 1 in the state shown in FIG. The state is shown in Figure (3). The pipe 6 in the state shown in FIG. 5(3) is suspended by a crane to a buried location excavated in the shaft 8. In order to facilitate construction of the sleeve 1, a recess 10 extending in the tube axis direction is formed near the joint portion 9. In this way, the state shown in FIG. 5(4) is obtained. Thereupon, the wire 7 is gradually moved to the end opposite to the sleeve 1 by operating the turrene, and the sleeve 1 is stretched in the axial direction of the tube 6. In this way, the state shown in FIG. 5 (5) is obtained. Thereafter, the wire 7 is removed and the pipe 6 is connected at the joint portion 9. Next, the joint portion 9 of the sleeve 1 is connected as shown in FIG. 5(6). The joint portion 9 secures the sleeves 1 by overlapping their axially free portions.
In this way, the construction work of the sleeve 1 is completed. As described above, according to the present invention, there is no need to wrap an adhesive tape having an information display portion around the outer periphery of a tube or sleeve as in the prior art described above, and work efficiency is greatly improved.

Therefore, there is no need to determine the tape attachment position, and work efficiency is also improved from this point of view. In addition, since the information display part is provided on the sleeve or the restraining means, even if muddy water etc. gets in between the pipe and the sleeve, the information display part can be read very clearly.
Reading is performed reliably. Furthermore, since the sleeve is transparent, the corrosion status of the pipe can be clearly seen from the outside. Moreover, since the binding means binds the sleeve from the outside, there is no need to bend the sleeve along its longitudinal folds, and the space between the tube and the sleeve is partitioned by the binding means. This prevents the flow of water between the tube and the sleeve, thereby preventing accelerated corrosion of the tube.
