Conventionally, various molding resin compositions made of thermoplastic resin and metal powder have been known, but when producing pellets of these resin compositions, the metal powder causes kneading machines to wear out, corrode, and break. Furthermore, when molding from pellets, the injection molding pressure increases, which can lead to wear, corrosion, and damage to the molding machine.

Therefore, molded products are prone to silver marks,
It is difficult to obtain clearly colored objects. In addition, the molded product has low impact resistance and is brittle. 5. As a result of various studies to prevent the harmful effects of metal powder, the present inventor has discovered that attic polypropylene can be used in addition to the thermoplastic resin and metal powder.

That is, the metal-blended resin composition of the present invention includes 2 to 88% by weight of a thermoplastic resin, 2 to 10% by weight of atactic polypropylene, and 10 to 9% of a metal powder.
5% by weight. Thermoplastic resins include polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, AB
It is made of at least one kind of S resin, AS resin, 15 ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, nylon resin, etc. Atactic polypropylene refers to one having an average molecular weight of about 10,000 to 50,000. In addition, as metal powder,
Materials consisting of at least one of 60 to 350 mesh iron, 20 stainless steel, aluminum, lead, copper, zinc, magnesium, gold, brass, etc. can be used. Accordingly, common additives used in thermoplastic resins such as colorants and mold release agents may be added. In the metal-blended resin composition of the present invention, the blending of atactic polypropylene significantly improves the kneading properties of the thermoplastic resin and metal powder, and also reduces adhesion of these to the inner wall of the kneader. and reduced wear, corrosion, and breakage on pelletizing machines.

In addition, during molding, the injection molding pressure is lower, so moldability is better, and the molded product has almost no silver marks on its appearance, so it has a beautiful appearance.
There is also a metallic shine 35 and a sense of weight. While the molded product has improved impact strength, it is also possible to reuse it.
Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Examples 1 to 11 Various thermoplastic resins, atactic polypropylene, and various metal powders were kneaded at various blending ratios using an intermixer and pelletized.
