てたびの内側に存在し、しかも胛部の爪先部と踵部には
厚い布製の補強片が縫付けられ、その周縁の縫代はたび
の内側に存在するため、爪先部の内容積は著しく挾くな
り、履用時に足指に当ってこれを損傷するおそれがあり
、更にまた爪先部の形成に当っては表、裏布および補強
布を重ねた状態でひだを取りなから縫着を行う必要があ
るため、ひだがかたよって部分的に大きなしわを生じる
危険が多く、このため外観を害し、また履用時にしわが
足指に当ってこれを傷め易い重大な欠点がある。

く、更にまたこの場合踵以外の周縁を中底に接する面が
踏面より大きくなるように傾斜面となし、この傾斜面に
対をなす突起を設けその間に刺通してかがり縫いしても
よい。

以上の説明から明らかなように本発明によれば、始めに
膨面と中底とをその踵部と指股部とのみをミシン縫いし
、これを中型と組合せて爪先部、側縁を吊込み貼付けて
胛部を構成し、これに接地底をその周縁を縫付けて取付
けるものであるので、膨面と中底とは正規の関係で何等
の扁奇なく結合され、爪先部内側には縫代が存在せず、
中型の相当部分と同一の十分な内容積を有するので、従
来の縫付けはだしたびの縫代およびしわの存在による爪
先部の欠陥が完全に排除された優れたはだしたびが通常
の極めて単純な中型を使用し、しかも加熱加硫を必要と
せずに極めて能率的に生産され、かくして縫付式および
貼付式のはだしたびの短所が全部排除され、その長所の
みをとり入れた理想的なはだしたびが提供されるもので
ある。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 爪先部および側縁が吊込み貼付けに必要な幅だけ拡
大された胛布と、指股部と踵部周縁だけが縫代の幅だけ
拡大された中底とを用い、両者は踵部および指股部が縫
付けによって、また残りの周縁部が吊込み貼り付けによ
って結合されて結合体が構成され、この結合体の中底上
に、ゴムまたは合成樹脂製の接地底が重ねられ、周縁に
沿う縫着によって上記結合体と接地底とが結合されてい
ることを特徴とする縫付けはだしたび。 2 指股部および踵部周縁が縫代の幅だけ拡大されてい
ると共に、側縁および爪先部の周縁が中型底面のそれよ
り拡大された中底を用いたことを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の縫付けはだしたび。 3 周縁に凹条溝が設けられた接地底を用い、結合体と
のミシン縫着と必要な箇所のかがり縫いによって結合さ
れていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
縫付けはだしたび。 4 爪先部および側縁が吊込み貼付けに必要な幅だけ拡
大された胛布と指股部と踵部周縁だけが縫付の幅だけ拡
大された中底とを用意し、この胛布と中底とを踵部と指
股部との2個所だけの縫付けによって結合させ、この一
部結合体の胛布と中底との間に中型を挿入して結合体と
中型とを組合せ、胛布の爪先部および側縁を中底周縁上
に吊込んで貼付け、かくして得られた胛布と中底との結
合体の中底上にゴムまたは合成樹脂製の接地底を重ね合
せ、その全周縁に沿ってミシン縫いを施して両者を結合
することを特徴とする縫付けはだしたびの製造方法。 5 胛布と中底とを裏返し状態で重ねて指股部と踵部を
構成して結合し、これを裏返えしてその中に中型を挿入
して爪先部および側縁の吊込み貼付けを行うことを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第4頁記載の縫付けはだしたびの
製造方法。 6 爪先部および側縁が吊込み貼付けに必要な幅だけ拡
大された胛布と指股部と踵部周縁だけが縫付けの幅だけ
拡大された中底とを用い、両者を踵部および指股部の縫
付けによって、また残りの周縁部を吊込み貼付けによっ
て結合するために使用する中型であって、足の形に一致
した形状を有し、指股部の下縁および踵部下周縁を、上
記胛布と中底との縫合された縫代を収容できるように切
欠いたことを特徴とする縫付けはだしたび製造のための
中型。

A method for manufacturing sewn-in barefoot tabi, characterized in that a lining with a toe section and side edges expanded by the width required for hanging and an insole with only the toe crotch and heel periphery expanded by the width for sewing is prepared, the lining and insole are joined by sewing only at two points, the heel section and the toe crotch section, a middle mold is inserted between the lining and insole of this partially joined body to combine the joined body and the middle mold, the toe section and side edges of the lining are hung and attached over the periphery of the insole, a rubber or synthetic resin ground sole is superimposed on the midsole of the combined lining and insole thus obtained, and the two are joined by sewing machine along the entire periphery. 5. A method for manufacturing sewn-in barefoot tabi, characterized in that the lining and insole are superimposed inside out to form the toe crotch and heel sections and joined, the middle mold is inserted into the middle mold to perform hanging and attaching of the toe section and side edges. 6. A mold for manufacturing sewn footwear, which uses a lining whose toe and side edges are expanded by the width required for hanging and an insole whose crotch and heel periphery only are expanded by the width for sewing, and which is used to join the two together by sewing the heel and crotch and by hanging and attaching the remaining periphery, characterized in that it has a shape that matches the shape of the foot and the lower edge of the crotch and the lower peripheral edge of the heel are cut out so as to accommodate the seam allowance where the lining and insole are sewn together.
