After the hot plate and sheathed heater were joined, the hot plate was surface-treated with fluororesin or the like.

図面を参照して説明する。Electric cooking appliances made in this way undergo surface treatment after the hot plate and sheathed heater are joined, so if a coating or baking defect occurs during surface treatment, not only will the yield of the product itself deteriorate. However, sheathed heaters were also treated as defective, making them extremely uneconomical and resulting in high costs. Furthermore, the above drawbacks can be overcome by joining a sheathed heater to a hot plate whose surface has been treated with fluorocarbon resin using the brazing method, but under the conditions of the brazing method, heating at 500 to 620°C is not possible for more than 10 minutes. Because it is necessary, the fluororesin decomposes and deteriorates, causing
Several surface treatments were damaged and it was not easy to manufacture. The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional method of manufacturing an electric cooking appliance, and embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A sheathed heater 4 is placed on the back surface of the hot plate 1 which has been subjected to this surface treatment, with a brazing material 3 such as aluminum brazing material 20 interposed therebetween, and the hot plate 1 is placed in an electric furnace.
For example, it is placed in a tunnel-shaped electric furnace. sheathed heater 4

After that, the hot plate 1 is taken out from the electric furnace into the atmosphere. The above-mentioned inert gas means a N2 gas atmosphere, an Ar gas atmosphere, ammonia decomposition gas, D
It means a non-oxidizing atmosphere such as X gas. In the manufacturing method of the above embodiment, since the brazing filler metal 3 is melted in an inert gas atmosphere, thermal decomposition of the fluororesin 2 due to oxygen does not occur during this heating, and the initial surface treatment state is maintained. be done.

In addition, it is possible to prevent the heat resistance of the silicone resin from deteriorating. As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, since the sheathed heater is heated and bonded to the back of the hot plate, the fluororesin on the surface of the hot plate is not thermally decomposed. .
