Description

本発明は、圧延帯板(以下ストリップという)を連続し
て酸洗処理する酸洗装置特に、浸漬式連続酸洗装置に関

の酸の蒸発が多く、このため消費量が増大し、又酸液の
濃度制御が困難となる等幾多の欠点があつた。本発明は
上記の欠点を除去するためになされたJもので、浸漬ス
トリップが液面遮蔽板の下面から突設した攪拌体と、該
攪拌体に対向すべ<設置した攪拌体との間を通過するよ
うにして、ストリップと酸液との間に生じる境界層の破
壊で酸洗速度向上を可能とする他、蒸発面の大巾な減少
により好条件下での酸洗操業が可能となる浸漬式連続酸

、ストリツプの表面を覆つている酸液は攪拌突起5,7
及びノズル管9より噴出される酸液流体によつて良好に
