The purpose is to provide a consumable material that has appropriate color and aroma and is non-polluting during production and use.

Since it takes a considerable amount of time to cure, that is, it is necessary to perform vulcanization at high heat for a long time, there is a disadvantage that the blended pigments and fragrances change or scatter, making it impossible to provide the desired color and fragrance. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that the commercial value is not necessarily satisfactory.

Although various studies have been carried out regarding the transferability of paints to paints, especially the transferability to vinyl chloride stationery, which is often used in stationery, it is still possible to obtain only those with a considerable transferability. It is well known that this has not been done.

Made of chlorinated polyethylene and molded into the desired shape,
This chlorinated polyethylene is molded by heating at around 100 to 120°C, and since the molding time is short, it is possible to freely give it any color or fragrance, and it is free from phthalate plasticizers. Since it is possible to obtain a product that has the performance and characteristics as a solid waste material without the need for the above-mentioned In any case, products with high commercial value can be appropriately provided since no migration is observed.

100 parts White fiber 150-800 parts Heavy calcium carbonate 0-600 parts Chlorinated paraffin 0-200 parts Light calcium carbonate 0-300 parts Titanium white
0 to 50 parts To explain the above formulation, if the white sub is less than 150 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene, the adsorption of pencil carbon will be insufficient and sufficient erasable performance will not be obtained. The carbon has a strong tendency to darken the paper surface, making it impossible to obtain the appropriate characteristics as a character-extinguishing material.

In addition, there is no disintegration property, and a preferable extinguishable material can be obtained.

If more than 600 parts by weight is added, the hardness will increase, the strength will increase, and the eraser will not come out well, turning the paper black and making it difficult to erase, so the upper limit is set at 600 parts by weight.

Moreover, since it is possible to obtain a stable and comfortable erasing effect without any change in quality over a long period of time, it is an invention that has great industrial effects.
