体コイルの長尺体の先端側はその上の前記第1のシーブ
に向って前記第2のシーブに対し近い側から立上ってそ

掛は渡され、か・る状態で前記第1の長尺体コイルから
長尺体を順次連続的に海中に繰出すことを特徴とする長
