In addition, anionic and nonionic interfacial agents are generally added to abrasives, polishing sand, etc. to enhance cleaning power, but especially when used for tableware and baths, the biodegradation ratio decreases. Nothing that is fully satisfactory in terms of safety has yet been developed.

Therefore, its use is limited to lubricants, stabilizers, waterproofing agents, etc. in non-aqueous substances (oil, synthetic resins, etc.), and most of them are used in powder form or oil solution, and water-soluble It has been considered difficult to use it in cleaning agents. The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive research to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional detergents mentioned above, especially those containing percarbonate, and have found that by adding a chelating agent in a predetermined proportion, the metal soap can be made water-soluble. A water-soluble alkaline cleaning composition obtained by adding a predetermined amount of sodium percarbonate to the water-soluble alkaline cleaner is a powerful detergent against organic and inorganic dirt stuck to metal machinery, the inner and outer surfaces of containers, and the inner walls of boilers. It has been found that in addition to having a cleaning effect, it does not cause corrosion or wear on metals or objects to be used.

As a new type of builder chemically different from conventional chelate builders, it can be incorporated into various surfactant compositions. In the present invention, this imidosulfate is used to simultaneously dissolve the metal soap in water and simultaneously dissolve the above compounds (1) and (2).
), it is effective as a builder. That is,
The aqueous solution is medium to weakly alkaline, and the trisodium salt has excellent alkaline buffering power and sufficient water solubility, and it also has low toxicity, which is becoming more and more of a demand for builders these days. In terms of points, rapid or chronic infusion, skin irritation, fish poisoning, hemolysis, and concentration are extremely low. This substance can also be easily produced from sulfur and ammonia, and its price is low. Furthermore, the nitrogen content is particularly low in the case of an alkali metal salt, and the sulfur content is high. Furthermore, this salt has the advantage of having a small corrosion resistance against copper, iron, etc. Therefore, this imide sulfate is extremely expensive for practical formulation in the composition of the present invention. Examples of the polyphosphates mentioned in (4) above include sodium, potassium, and lithium salts of pyrophosphoric acid, tripolyphosphoric acid, tetrapolyphosphoric acid, and hexametaphosphoric acid, but in general, sodium pylori7ate, potassium pyrophosphate, and sodium tripolyphosphate are used. ,
Sodium tetrapolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, etc. are used.

効果を奏する。On the other hand, the metal soap can impart antibacterial and antirust properties to the cleaning agent. For this reason, target metals for which the cleaning composition of the present invention is used include aluminum, copper, iron, etc., and these are easily attacked by ordinary inorganic salts and alkali compounds, causing discoloration and pitting corrosion. These problems could be solved by blending this metal soap in the appropriate proportions as described above and making it water-soluble with a chelating agent. Furthermore, by adding a chelating agent, calcium salts and the like in the dirt can be chelated and dissolved, peeled off, dispersed, and removed. Of these, trisodium imidobis sulfate also exhibits a rust-preventing effect on copper and iron. Further, in the present invention, since a metal soap and a chelating agent are used in common, the metal soap exhibits various effects such as penetration, dispersion, emulsification, rust prevention, and antibacterial properties. Therefore, the peeling, dispersing and foaming effects of the cleaning agent are improved. The alkaline cleaning agent composition of the present invention is easily soluble in water, and can exert a strong cleaning effect even on firmly adhered dirt, while also being able to exert a strong cleaning effect on stains that are firmly attached to it. Moreover, it has an excellent effect in that there is no fear of corroding metals and damaging the objects to be used.

Moreover, the alkaline cleaning composition of the present invention basically has a low toxicity range. Therefore, the alkaline cleaning composition of the present invention is suitable for cleaning organic and inorganic calcium, magnesium compounds, proteins, animal and vegetable oils,
Suitable for use in cleaning and removing dirt and deposits made of mineral oil, carbohydrates, etc.
