The purpose is to extend the life of the container.

Since the progression of this process is unavoidable, efforts are being made to extend the useful life of containers by performing intermediate repairs.

Since heat and drying are required, there is a waste of labor and energy when cooling and heating the container.

There are methods such as pouring refractories into a frame placed in the wall repair area, but as a repair method that requires relatively thick parts in a small area, the former has problems with the thickness of the repair layer, and the latter has problems with the filling pressure.

ある。As explained above, with the apparatus of the present invention, there is no need to go through the steps of cooling the container, repairing, and drying at elevated temperatures during repair, and immediate repair and drying is possible, which shortens repair time, saves energy, and has the advantage of reducing the number of repair personnel. It requires less than half the number of people (1 to 2 people) compared to the conventional 3 to 4 people, and since the crimping mechanism and lifting frame are protected by cooling, it can withstand use in hot conditions. Furthermore, coarse and fine adjustments can be made by using the rotating table to adjust the lateral position and the forward/backward frame to adjust the forward/backward/up/down position, so the crimping mechanism can be quickly and accurately applied to any part of the container that needs repair. It has remarkable effects such as being able to align the parts, and since the crimping mechanism presses and fills the plastic repair material, it can be repaired firmly with sufficient thickness.

It can be said that this is an excellent invention that has great effects such as labor saving.
