は互換性0がないために、部分的なデザイン変更でもそ
の都度新しい金型を作らなければならず、必然的にパネ
ルを高価なものとしていた。而して本発明は上記欠点を
一掃するために金型構造を型枠のパターン、デザイン変
更に応じて多05種多様に組立可能としたことを特徴と
するものであつて、枠金型の内部スペースに多数の単位
金型を一定の配列パターンで組み込み、その集合にて任
意のパターンの型枠成型を行なうことができるようにし
た型枠成型法及びその金型を提供することを目的とする

数の単位金型の集合とから構成され、各単位金型はその
底壁周囲から立ち上げた周壁を備え、該各単位金型の周
壁の内側周面を傾壁面となし、該傾壁面と上記底壁内底
面とによつて各単位金型毎に単位成型室を形成すると共
に、上記各単位金型の周壁の外側周面を垂直壁面となし
、上記各単位金型の周壁をその垂直壁面を以つて隣接す
る単位金型周壁の垂直壁面と互いに密着させ、両周壁の
密着によつて隣接する上記各単位成型室間を仕切る断面
視略逆V字形の目地用隔壁を連成し、該目地用隔壁を上
記枠壁の上端に達しない位置で枠壁内面と密着させたこ
