る。

大きくそれぞれの成形物間で寸法誤差を生じ、第1図の
ように素材1、1’を合せるときに両者の凹凸が一致し
ない欠点があつた。特に大型の成形品の場合には前記の
誤差が大きく、例えば排水処理装置において多量の微生
物を付着せしめるために使用される回転円板の製作に当
つては一体成形した円板素材を貼わ合せることは誤差が
大きくて不可能で、複数に分割したものによつて組立て
なければならなかつた。本発明は、素材の成形とその貼
わ合せを別に行なうのではなく、同時に行なうことによ
つて上記の問題点を解決したものである。

蔵している。成形を行なうときは、まず金型4に重ね合
せたシート3、3’を挾み、加熱装置5、6によつて所
定部分を軟化、溶融させる。
