本発明はプレス成形された板材で構成される車輪および

る。そしてこの重合縁部3、3の互に対応する位置には
、それぞれ3個のスポーク取付部4・・・・・・・・・
が中心に向つて互に等間隔を存して一体に突設されてい
る。そしてこれらスポーク取付部4・・・・・・・・・
は互j に離反するように上記重合縁部3、3の重合面
より外側方にコ字状に膨出折曲され、これら重合された
スポーク取付部4・・・・・・・・・間には後述するス
ポーク部の先端部が密嵌する間隙が形成されている。ま
た、上記周方向に離間するスポーク取付部4・・・つ
・・・・・・間の中間位置の重合縁部3、3には中心に
向つて接合突部5・・・・・・・・・がそれぞれ突設さ
れている。また、6はハブであつて、このハブ6は材料
をプレス加工して形成された一対のハブ半片7、7を軸
方向に重合して構成されている。これらハブ半”5 片
T、Tは環状のボス部8、8とこのボス部8、8より等
間隔をなして放射状に一体に突設された3個のスポーク
部9・・・・・・・・・とを有している。そしてこの重
合されたボス部8,8およびスポーク部9・・・・・・
・・・の中央部は互に離反する方向に膨出成形されて膨
出部10・・・・・・・・・を形成している。また、こ
の・・ブ半片7,7の全周縁部は平材状の重合縁部11
,11に形成され、この重合縁部11,11が互にスポ
ットあるいはシーム溶接されている。そして上記ハブ6
のスポーク部9・・・・・・・・・の先端部は上記リム
1のスポーク取付部4・・・・・・・・・間の間隙内に
密嵌挿入されている。そしてこのスポーク部9・・・・
・・・・・先端部およびスポーク取付部4・・・・・・
・・・には取付孔12・・・・・・・・・が形成されそ
れぞれこれら取付孔12・・・・・・・・・を貫通する
ボルト13・・・・・・・・・およびナット14・・・
・・・・・・により固着されている。また上記接合突部

部3,3の内周縁の半径より小さく、かつスポーク部9

軸方向に重ね合せて構成したリムと、上記リム半片の内
周縁に中心に向つて一体に突設された複数のスポーク取
付部と、板材をプレス加工して形成され複数のスポーク
部を放射状に突設した一対のハブ半片を軸方向に重ね合
せて構成され上記スポーク部先端が上記リム半片のスポ
ーク取付部と重ね合わされて固着されるハブとを有し、
上記ハブ半片の中心からスポーク部先端までの距離が上
記リム半片の内周縁の半径より小さいことを特徴とする
車輪。 2 内周縁にスポーク取付部を有する環状のリム半片を
形成する板材に、このリム半片予定部の内側にハブ半片
予定部をその放射状に突設されるスポーク部が上記スポ
