In other words, a seawall is first constructed in the reclaimed area, and the interior is reclaimed using the earth lifting method, and the excess water that seeps out from the reclaimed soil is treated with clear water and then released into the ocean.

Note that a circulating flow 14' caused by the falling flow of earth and sand 11' is formed inside the screen 4', but the screen 4' prevents water from entering the circulating flow 14' from the outside and prevents water from entering the circulating flow 14'.
This has the effect of preventing the diffusion of energy and efficiently retaining the turbidity 12' within the screen 4'.

The pollution prevention screen barge described above has achieved excellent results, but as a result of various experiments, it has been found that the debris flow 13' lifts the plow 6' with strong force, so if it lacks sufficient weight, it will not be able to lift the barge. The dirt 12' along with the debris flow 13' does not fall easily due to being pushed by the jet flow generated by the debris flow 13'.
It is easy to cause this to occur, allowing it to erupt outward.

Therefore, a sufficiently heavy plow C is required, which makes handling difficult, limits the lifespan of the screen 4', and may lead to premature breakage due to bending of the joint between the plow 6' and the screen 4'. I started to expect things to be sexual.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention attempts to propose a purge having a screen that eliminates all of the above concerns with an extremely light weight. The purge main body floats in the air, and both ends of the purge main body are connected to two rows of winding machines across the U-shaped area below the purge main body, and a plow is placed in the middle in an unrestrained manner, and the purge body is unwinded and rolled up. A floating weight screen barge comprising a screen that can be installed vertically, and a gap between the upper end of the screen and the bottom of the purge body, the present invention With the structure described above, the unrestrained pegs, which are located in the center of the screens that hang down from the two rows of winders in a bridge-like manner, can freely roll and change their position according to the horizontal movement of the screens. It can be moved, and even if the mudflow hits the screen, there is nothing to restrict the movement of the plow at that moment.
The plow does not spring upwards, but freely rolls or slides outward on the screen, keeping the screen always pressed against the top of the mudflow, achieving the purpose of blocking the jet of turbid water with an extremely light plow. It is something that can be done.

The original purpose of the barge, similar to the previously proposed pollution prevention screen barge, is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems (1)-{6), and a purge system that dumps earth and sand into the U-shaped part is introduced. , the screen is rolled down so that its lower end reaches the bottom of the water and surrounds it, and then the soil is dumped, and then the screen is raised slightly to create a gap between the bottom of the water and the screen, and the upper end that has been set in advance is Clear water can flow into the screen from the gaps, and turbid water with a large apparent specific gravity can flow out from the gaps below in a thin plate-like layer while crawling along the bottom of the water, allowing it to diffuse and settle. This makes it possible to dump earth and sand without polluting the water.

At the bottom of the purge main body 1, a screen 4 made of highly rigid rubber or cloth is installed with both ends connected to two rows of winders 5, which will be described later.

In addition, since the screen 4 has a finite width, it is necessary to divide it into several sets of screens in order to cover the entire space below the purge body 1, but it is necessary to prevent adjacent gaps between the screen 4 and the screen 40. Therefore, the end of the screen 4 is installed so as to overlap with the adjacent end.

Turbidity caused by the sediment 11 can be created by water being sucked into a falling sediment flow and mixing violently with the sediment 11, or created by part of the sediment 11 colliding with the bottom surface of the water being thrown up into the water. In both cases, the porosity of the sediment 11 decreases due to the sedimentation effect of the sediment 11 during the horizontal flow stage after the sediment 11 collides with the water bottom, and the porosity of the sediment 11 decreases, consolidating in the released turbid water. It is not possible to distinguish between the two.

In this state, operate the winder 5 to wind up the screen 4,
When a gap 15 is created between the lower part of the screen 4 and the bottom surface of the water as shown in FIG. Clear water flows in, and turbidity 12 is gradually pushed out along the seabed through the gap 15 at the bottom of the screen 4.

In this way, the turbidity 12 spreads in a thin layer on the bottom surface of the water, which is not affected by waves created by ships, purges, etc., and then settles and disappears.

On the other hand, even if the direct throw barge 9 that has dumped the earth and sand comes out of the purge body 1 relatively quickly and moves on to the next step, the boundary surface 16 has already left the bottom of the direct throw barge 9 and descended downward as described above. Therefore, there is no possibility of bringing turbid water out of the screen 4.

Next, regarding the relationship between the screen 4 and the plow 6 during the above-mentioned operation, in the conventional case, as shown in FIG. When an external force (dynamic pressure) of F is applied to the jet stream, the winder 5' and the screen 4' have inertia, so they cannot immediately move outward, that is, to the right, and the plow 6' is pushed against the screen 4'. As a result, a tension T is generated on the screen 4', and the tension T

In other words, the peg C requires a weight equal to the statically required weight plus approximately the resultant force 2.

On the other hand, in the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
For convenience, the two winding machines are shown separately as 5a and 5b. When external force F is applied to the screen 4, the peg 6, which was approximately in the middle of the screen 4, is pushed by the left side of the screen 4 so as to turn it over to the right. However, since the peg 6 is not restrained, it freely rolls to the right and is displaced, for example, to the position shown by the chain line.

At that time, the left side of the screen 4 has apparently increased in length by a, but the right side has conversely shrunk by b, and as a result, the screen 4 hardly needs to be stretched. Therefore, it is not necessary to rotate the winder 50 times, and therefore the winder 5
And regardless of the inertia of screen 4, screen 4 is
to maintain contact with the upper surface of the mudflow, and
Since the screen 4 receives almost no upward force, its weight maintains the downward restraining force of the screen 4.

したような鍾の重量の減殺化が生じるのである。
Incidentally, in FIG. 8, if the plow 6 were to be connected to the screen 4 as in the past, when it moves to the position indicated by the chain line, the screen 4 would have to extend by the dimension a, but as mentioned above, the winder 5 Since both the screen 4 and the screen 4 have inertia and cannot follow it instantaneously, the weight of the plow is reduced as explained in connection with FIG. 9.

As explained above, in this embodiment, the weight of the plow 6 is not reduced, so the plow 6 can be made smaller than in the conventional case, and there is no need to stretch the Shitemo screen 4 against the strong jet flow. Therefore, the screen 4 always reliably contacts the sediment flow and blocks turbid water from flowing outward.

In the above embodiment, the pegs 6 are connected to each other in the form of a roller, but they may be connected in a spherical or other shape that easily rolls, or in the longitudinal direction (the direction toward the back of FIG. 4 or FIG. 5).
You just have to hold it so that it does not move freely.

As specifically explained in the embodiment above, the present invention surrounds the turbid water generated at the earth and sand dumping site with a screen, and then uses the density difference between turbid water and non-turbid water to rationally allow only the turbid water to crawl to the bottom of the water. Since it can be made to work, the following effects can be achieved.

(イ)海域を汚濁することな《埋立ができる。(b) Landfill can be done without polluting the sea area.

(Ol 水処理設備を全く必要としない。(Ol does not require any water treatment equipment.

(c) Since the turbid water is rationally moved downward from the bottom of the direct throw barge, the direct throw barge can quickly leave the reclaimed water area, and the reclamation work can be carried out systematically and efficiently without interfering with the work schedule.
