When stepped on by spikes such as these, the ground surface is dug up, causing roots to wither and growth to stop, and replanting the lawn requires a great deal of effort.

Since it is a processed product, there are limits to how much it can produce a natural feel.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a mat with grass on which it is possible to lay a lawn, and which also allows the grass to grow well.
以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

It is preferable to use it from the viewpoints of saving resources by recycling waste tires and being able to obtain it at low cost.

。When a one-component urethane resin is used as a bonding adhesive for the fiber pieces 1 in this way, the cushioning properties of the mat body 1, which is an aggregate of the resin pieces 1, are not impaired because the one-component urethane resin has elasticity. At the same time, it can actually improve the cushioning properties, and it is easier to handle compared to two-component types.
Curing can also be easily carried out by simply supplying moisture.

After kneading, the resulting kneaded product is placed in a mold having a release layer on the inner surface, and water is sprinkled onto the kneaded product to supply moisture.

The mat body 2 can be easily released from the mold by lifting the upper part of the film that has come out of the mold.

There is no problem as long as the rubber pieces 4 are mixed in at a moderate amount, but it is preferable that an appropriate amount of rubber pieces 4 be mixed in to improve the cushioning properties of the mat body 2.

Just by laying this mat, you can lay the grass anywhere you want, making the work of laying the grass extremely easy. It's extremely easy to do.

。In particular, since the lawn is integrated into the mat, it can be carried freely, and since the mat is a collection of fiber pieces, it absorbs fertilizer easily and does not require the use of soil. It can be used by laying it on a rooftop, and it is possible to lay real grass on a balcony or rooftop without using artificial grass as a substitute.

The mat body has elasticity because it is an aggregate of fiber pieces, but since the fiber pieces are obtained by crushing waste tires, some rubber pieces are also mixed in, and this rubber The pieces can give the mat body appropriate elasticity, and the rubber pieces can prevent the fiber pieces from being compressed and crushed, and even if strong stepping pressure is applied to the mat body with spikes, etc. Due to its elasticity and cushioning effect, grass roots are less likely to be damaged.Furthermore, since the fiber pieces are aggregated and bonded with urethane resin to form the mat body, the spikes are not attracted to the fiber pieces on the surface of the mat body. Even if it acts like hanging, each fiber piece is bound by urethane resin, which prevents the surface of the mat body from being dug up by the spikes, and there is no risk that the roots of the grass will be dug up and exposed. The urethane resin that binds the fiber pieces has elasticity itself, and even if the fiber pieces are combined to form a mat body, the elasticity of the mat body will not be impaired in any way. The mat with grass of the present invention is suitable for use on the grass of a golf course where the grass is constantly subjected to tread pressure and spikes, and is particularly suitable for use on playing grounds that are subject to strong such effects. This allows lawns to grow smoothly even under such harsh conditions.
