Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は重層型沈殿池の中間池並びに下層池に設ける
掻寄装置に係り、特に沈殿物を掻寄せると共に天井面に
付着せるスカムを掻寄せる装置に関する。
人口が密集した地域に設ける下水処理施設は、その処理
する水量が増大する一方下水処理施設の用地を十分な広
さに確保することが困難となり、重層型沈殿池の依存度
が高くなった。
しかし重層型沈殿池では天井面に付着せるスカムが層状
になって剥落し、層内を浮遊する問題が再々生じ池底面
の沈殿物を掻寄せると共に天井面のスカムを掻寄せる装
置が要求されるようになった。
このような沈殿物を掻寄せると共にスカムを掻寄せる装
置は、例えば第１図および第２図に示すような中間並び
に下層の沈殿池１内に略池の両端の上下かつ側壁近傍に
それぞれ一双のホイール２〜５を配設し、池の両側を略
池の全長ζこ亘って池底６と天井７を一双の回動チェン
８が循環するように前記ホイール２〜５に懸張する。
そしてこのチェン８には適宜間隔をもって平行に固着せ
る沈殿物掻板９と、この沈殿物掻板９の間に揺動自在Ｃ
こ枢止せるスカム掻板１０とを設ける。
また池底側に掻板９の走行レール１１、天井側に掻板９
の支持レール１２を設ける。
このようＣこして走行レール１１上を進む掻板９により
沈殿物を掻寄せ、一方支持レール１２上を進む掻板９の
間にチェン８を介して吊り下げたスカム掻板１０が揺動
し乍ら天井７面のスカムを掻寄せるのである。
しかし、沈殿物掻板９がレール１１及び１２に支持され
て走行し、スカム掻板１０がチェン８を介して沈殿物掻
板９の中間に吊り下げられた状態であるから、スカム掻
板１０の走行規制が不十分かつ自由に変動するから、天
井面との接触状態が不安定であり、池底並びに沈殿物と
干渉したりする。
又沈殿物掻板９の走行面はそれ自体の重量とチェン８並
びにスカム掻板１０の重量も加わって回動抵抗が大きく
なる等の欠点があった。
この発明は前記欠点を解消し、安定してスカムを掻寄せ
ると共に、回動抵抗の小さな掻寄装置を提供することを
目的とするものである。
この発明の要点は、池内ζこ回動自在に設けた無端帯に
複数個の浮力がある掻板を装着し、池底には掻板の上面
に接するレールを設けて、掻板が池底を通過するときは
レールにより掻板を押えて沈砂を掻き寄せ、池の上部を
通過するときは浮力で天井を掻走するようにしたもので
ある。
この発明の実施例を図に基いて説明する。
第３図および第４図において同一部分は第１図および第
２図と同一の参照符号にて表わす。
両図においてチェン８には適宜間隔をもって平行に掻寄
板１３を突出固着する。
前記沈殿池１の側壁より突設するブラケット１４を介し
て池底近くに掻寄板１３の上面ζこ接するレール１５を
設ける。
前記掻寄板１３が沈殿池天井７の面並びにレール１５と
摺接する部分には耐摩耗性の摺接片１６，１７を設ける
ことは自由である。
次に前記した構成による作用を述べる。
掻寄板１３はチェン８に牽引されて池内を循環し、池の
上側を進むときは掻寄板の浮力により、天井７の面に摺
接してスカムを掻寄せ、池底側を進むときは掻寄板１３
の浮力（こより掻寄板１３の上面をレール１５に摺接し
て池底６に沿って沈殿物を掻寄せるのである。
この発明は前記構成、作用において記述したように池内
を回動ずる無端帯に浮力のある掻寄板を？着して、池底
側に掻寄板の上面と摺接するレールを設けたことにより
、掻寄板は天井面に摺接して進むと共に池底Ｃこ沿って
進むから、掻寄板はスカム並びに沈殿物を掻寄せること
が可能になるのである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 重層型沈殿池の沈殿物掻寄装置Ｑこおいて、沈殿池
    の上下面を循環する如く回動無端帯を設け、この無端帯
    に浮力を有する掻寄板を固着し、池底に沿うと共に前記
    掻寄板の上に摺接するレールを設けて構成したことを特
    徴とする沈殿物掻寄装置。
