Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は内筒と外筒との二重円筒構造をなす容器(以下
、パック容器という)内の内筒と外筒との間に一定のよ
じりを封入してコイル状に巻取つた溶接用ワイヤ(以下
、ワイヤという)をパック容器から引出す引出方法に関
するもので、詳しくは引出して使用する際に、ワイヤに
封入したよじりの力によるワイヤの浮上りを抑え、浮上
りに起因する引出し不良、引出し不能を防止することを

取、引出方法のワイヤの最大の特長である溶接ビードの
直線性能を損うことがある。本発明はこのような従来の
欠点を解決するために開発したものであり、以下本発明
による引出方法について、第3図および第4図の図面を

筒1aと外筒1bとの間に間隙が設けられるような寸法
のリング状の重し板7aと、この重し板7a上に相互の
間隔が1800になるように2箇所に取付けられかつパ
ツク容器1の外筒1b内面に弾性を持つて接触するゴム
またはスポンジ等によりなる棒状または帯状の弾性接触
体7bとにより構成されており、ワイヤ4はワイヤ押え
治具7とパツク容器1の外筒1bとの間から引出される
。また、弾性接触体7bは、内周方向に重く引出し途上
のワイヤ4の動きを大きく阻害しないようにワイヤ4の
動く方向に撓みを持たせている。ここで、第4図に示す
実帷例では、2本の弾性接触体7bを180すの間隔を
あけて位置するように設けたが、この実施例に限定され
るものではなく、3本、4本、5本・・・・・・の弾性
接触体7bを用いてもよく、さらに弾性接触体7bとし
て先端にボールベアリングを取付け、ワイヤ4の引出し
に応じてワイヤ押え治具7を回転させるようにしたり、
また、引出し途上のワイヤ4の回転方向には軽く、ワイ
ヤ4の浮−ヒる方向(垂直方向)には強い抵抗力を示す
蝶番のような弾性接触体を用いたり、単に長辺が垂直方
向となる断面矩形状または長径が垂直方向となる断面楕

との間からワイヤ4を引出すものであり、ワイヤ4に線
ぐせがついたりすることがなく、しかもスムーズに引出
すことができるため、ワイヤ押え治具6,7が浮上つて
ワイヤ4がその間で絡合つて引出し不良となることがな
く、これによつて溶接ビードの直線性能を損うことなく

筒との間に一定のよじりを封入してコイル状に巻取つた
溶接用ワイヤを前記容器から引出す溶接用ワイヤの引出
し方法において、前記容器内のコイル状の溶接用ワイヤ
上に、リング状の重しに前記容器の外筒と相互の間隔が
180°以下の少なくとも2点で弾性を持つて接触し溶
接用ワイヤの浮上り方向に対しては大きい抵抗力を持つ
弾性接触体を取付けることにより構成されかつ自重によ
り前記溶接用ワイヤの減少に伴つて下降するワイヤ押え
治具を載置し、このワイヤ押え治具と前記容器の外筒と
の間から溶接用ワイヤを引出すことを特徴とする溶接用
