本発明は、図面に示す如きコンベアー式枚葉丁合機に於
ける排紙装置に関し、丁合機給紙部を経由してコンベア
ーに設けた搬送台に載置されて搬送されてくる拾数枚の
丁合紙をチエンコンベアー上部に設置した往路減速しな
がら、前記搬送台と共に並進する紙受け爪で丁合紙の前
端部を受けて一時紙揃えながら、前記紙受け爪が復帰す
る際に枚葉丁合紙を進行継続する搬送台との間でスリッ
プさせて、排紙パイル上に落下させて積載するものであ

往路減速しながら並進し、該排紙パイル後方上部の所望
位置にて復帰する如く前記搬送台切欠凹部25内を往復
動せる紙受け爪9と、該終受け爪を上下作動せしむる爪
上げガイド11と、該爪上げガイドを上下作動せしむる
ソレノイド13と、該ソレノイドをりセツトカウンター
と連動して次なる排紙パイル19″の紙受け爪作動に頓
次切換可能と為し、排紙パイルに排紙される丁合紙29
を一次紙受けする紙受けロツド15と、排紙パイルに積
載される丁合紙を紙揃えする後部及び側部紙揃え板22
,23と、前記各々搬送台14後部に位置して、前記紙
受け爪9が所望位置にて復帰すると同時に垂直状態から
水平状態に開放する紙揃え爪21とを有してなる枚葉丁

動せしめる。紙受けロツド15は、カム1rの回転によ
つて作動するレバー16の揺動によつて前後作動する。
本発明枚葉丁合機の排紙装置の作動は、先ず第2図コン
ベアー搬送台14が各々給紙部を経由して拾数枚の枚葉
丁合紙29を載せて搬送し、前記搬送台14の前端部が
排紙パイル19を通過する直前に、ソレノイド13が0
N状態になり、ガイド11が下がり紙受け爪9が搬送台
14上面に下りて、該紙受け爪はカム3の回転に従つて
揺動する揺動桿2に連結するスライド桿5の運動により
減速しながら搬送台14と、しばらく並進し、この際、
前記紙受け爪9の先端は搬送台14の切欠部25に入り
、丁合紙前端部に当接しながら紙揃えを行ない、搬送台
14前端部が排紙パイル19端部を多少過ぎた所で、カ
ム3の回転によつて紙受け爪9が復帰状態に人り、紙揃
え爪21が開き、枚葉丁合紙29は前記紙受け爪9に当
接し、この間に搬送台14は進行を継続している為、搬
送台上にある前記枚葉丁合紙29は排紙パイル19の紙
受けロツド15上に落下し、前記搬送台14が排紙パイ
ル19を通過した後、カム17の回転によつて紙受けロ
ツド15を引き抜くことによつて、排紙パイル19に積
載され、同時に後部及び側部紙揃え板22,23が丁合

13″の作動によつて紙受け爪9″が下降し、枚葉丁合
紙を自動的に前記排紙パイル19″に排出し得るように
、ソレノイド13から次のソレノイド13″への自動的
な切換操作によつて枚葉丁合機を停止することなく、排
紙パイル上に設定数量の枚葉丁合紙を連続して排紙する
ことが可能であり、史に釦操作によつて手動切換えもで
き得るようにすることにより、丁合作業に於ける丁合紙
の良好なる排紙、紙揃えと共に確実なる設定数量の丁合
紙を排紙パイル上に排出することが可能である。本発明
は以上説明した如く、全判大の枚葉紙を拾数枚以上丁合
する丁合枚数の多い丁合作業に於いて、連続して安定し
た排紙と良好なる紙揃えが行なえる排紙装置を提供する
ものであつて枚葉丁合作業の能率向上と品質の安定に著

パイルの紙受け爪作動に順次切換可能と為し、排紙パイ
ルに排紙される丁合紙を一次紙受けする紙受けロッドと
、排紙パイルに積載される丁合紙を紙揃えする後部及び
側部紙揃え板と、前記搬送台後部に位置して前記紙受け
爪が所望位置にて復帰すると同時に垂直状態から水平状
態に開放する紙揃え爪とを有してなる枚葉丁合機の排紙
