る。However, since mowing blades cut close to the ground, soil and
The cutting edge tends to wear out when it comes into contact with gravel, etc., and it is not uncommon for the cutting edge to chip if it hits pebbles, etc.9. Conventionally, to regenerate the mowing blade, the entire blade is cut and sharpened by applying it to the outer peripheral surface of a wide grinder. However, with this method of grinding, the work is done simply by visual measurement and using a saw, so it may not be possible to accurately divide the 2-blade, 4-blade, 8-blade mowing blade, etc., or the dimension from the center to the cutting edge may be incorrect. It is difficult to regenerate a uniform blade because the slope of the blade edge is different. Grinding with a small grinder, which is common among farmers, takes time and effort, and is very dangerous for the elderly and women who are actually engaged in farming these days. Moreover, the heat generated during the time-consuming grinding with a grinder causes the cutting edge to become burnt or completely annealed. There are problems with the blade becoming dull or having a curved edge. Therefore, most farmers who have rotary mowing blades give up on remanufacturing the mowing blades themselves and use new ones, and each household has a few to several dozen old mowing blades. It is also often left abandoned. These old mowing blades are sometimes brought to mowing sickle shops and service stations for recycling. However, even at the store, the regeneration method is a grinder.
Since it is a 11+" cut, it is not easy to regenerate it into a uniform blade like the one above, and it takes time and effort, and it can only be regenerated into a blade that has been calcined and has no durability. However, the current situation is that even if they are brought in, they are not enough. The same can be said about rotary blades other than mowing blades.

In other words, the objective is to make it possible for anyone, such as an elderly person or a woman, to take an old rotary blade with a worn or chipped edge and make it as balanced as a new one, and to improve its quality by hardening and annealing. This is a powerless sharpening device for rotary blade regeneration that allows both full-length cutting and blade sharpening to be performed easily and quickly without any changes, and enables the regeneration of old rotary blades that are widely left unused at farms. We are trying to provide the following.

K, which regenerates old mowing blades that have become worn out or damaged due to long-term use, is a straight-cutting method in which each cutting edge on the periphery is divided into eight equal parts, and the length from the center to each cutting edge is uniform. It is necessary to sharpen the cutting edge of a famous sword. Therefore, in order to set the mowing blade (2) on the holding means (A) as shown in Figure 1, remove the wing nut function of the holder part (9), remove the presser plate thickness, and place it on the support plate. Place the mowing blade (2) face down, that is, with the old cutting edge (2a) of the famous sword facing upward. Place the holding plate (2) on top of it, and screw the nut 0 into the lotus screw of the cylinder (end), screw the wing nut on the end of the male threaded rod, and rotate the tilting mechanism (8). Rotate the plate (firefly) around the short axis (27j) and insert the mowing blade (2) as shown in Figure 2.
is inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the vertical plane of the disc grindstone (3), and insert the locking pin from the round hole (29) of the lateral movement plate (1) into the corresponding inclination angle determining hole (29). (Push in 30j and set 1b.) In this situation, slightly loosen the tightening screws (18) of the lateral movement mechanism (7) and slide the lateral movement plate (21) into the holder part (9). The part slightly inside the old cutting edge surface (2a) of the held mowing blade (2) is aligned with the vertical 1n of the disc grindstone (3).

At the same time, firmly tighten the wing nut θQ to fix it to the support plate Gυ. Then, depending on the size of the required blade pattern, set the start and end of the cut by 1β with the stoppers f231 and t241, rotate the Ensaka whetstone (3), and turn the blade feed lever (12).

), remove the butterfly nut and butterfly nut from the holder part (9) and the end of the presser plate, turn over the mowing blade (2), place the pressure plate (to) again, and place the butterfly nut (IJI) on the holder (9). )
Tighten. Next, slide the lateral moving plate (21) toward you in a direction in which the old flank (2C) of the mowing blade (2) matches the vertical plane of the disc grindstone (3) and fix it. In this state, turn the mowing blade (2) slightly to align the flank surface (2c) with the vertical surface of the disc grindstone (3), and then insert the pin into one of the blade edge orientation holes (b) at the end of the holding plate. Push in (g) and tighten the nut wire and wing nut 10. And as before,
By determining the cutting length with the stopper drive 4), and rotating the disc grindstone (3) and vertically feeding it with the lever (12), the cutting edge is cut from the back of one cutting surface (2b) to the next as shown in Figure 3. New flank (2d) towards the base of the cutting edge (2b)
is cut (see Figure 1O). Place this like the above 2
By sequentially repeating the process using the blade edge direction determining hole (A) and pin (7) for each pawl, eight relief curves (2d) are cut and an eight-blade mowing blade (2) is formed as shown in Fig. 11. ) is played.

Between the bracket with the base t1+) (G), insert a locking pin (F) between the inner disc - 0 force round hole... and the inclination angle determining hole (G).
may be inserted, and the cutting surface (2b) may be cut at an angle of 15 degrees from the vertical. This cuts the 45-degree cutting edge (2b), but next, return the holder part (9) to a horizontal position, hold the mowing blade (2) inside out, and cut a new cutter (2d). For example, the mowing blade (2) having a slope of 15 degrees is also formed at the escape point (2d).

Even when the diameter is small, the disc grindstone (3) can be placed at a low position to ensure proper cutting. If 16 holes (B) for determining the direction of the cutting edge of the presser plate (7) are formed as described above, in addition to the 16 blades, locking pins may be placed in every other hole (9) as described above. If you press it every time, you can cut 8 blades, and if you use it every 4th time, you can cut 4 blades. In the case of two blades, the cutting edge pattern is large, so a holding plate (2) or a support plate (2) as shown in FIG. 8 may be used. Further, the support plate and the presser plate (2) may be turned using a ratchet method instead of being turned by hand at intervals of the cutting edge direction determining holes.
草刈刃以外の用途の回転刃の再生に用いることができる

再生できるものである。Rotary blades such as 02 blades, 4 blades, and 8 blades can be divided into equal parts, and the dimensions from the center to the cutting edge can be made equal, and the inclination of each cutting blade surface can be regenerated into the same rotary blade. Conventionally, grinding was carried out using a wide grinder and by eye measurement and using a wheel, so it was only possible to produce pieces that were unevenly divided, dimensioned, and sloped. On the other hand, in the present invention, the holder part of the regenerated blade is provided with equally spaced blade edge orientation holes and pins that are sequentially pushed into the holes. Cutting position can be determined. Further, each cutting dimension is positioned using a vertical feed stopper, and the holder portion can be set to a desired inclination angle using an inclination angle determining hole and a pin. Therefore, the regenerated blade can cut the cutting edge and flank of the same size at evenly spaced positions, and the cutting surfaces of the same slope can be cut on each of the surrounding edges, and an accurate and uniform rotating blade can be regenerated. It is possible.

Only. Therefore, the rotary blade can be regenerated in a much shorter time than conventional methods, and unlike conventional methods, there is no need for hardening or annealing of the cutting edge surface during regeneration work, resulting in high quality. You can play it as is.
