ので、比較的、食品の初期温度等に関係なく、均質な解
凍をさせることが可能になる。又次に加熱調理(煮込み
等)をするときもこの完了時をもって加熱調理スタート
とする動作が可能であることはいうまでもない。以上の
ように本発明の赤外線検知器による解凍制御方法によれ
ば、赤外線による温度検知信号が1度設定レベルに達し
てから以降の信号変化により自動的に解凍完了のタイミ
ングを決めることにより「食品の種類、初期条件に関係
なく、均一な加熱をすることができるものである。
