Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 隣接する濾板間に配された一対の濾布の上端に夫々
連結した紐状体を正逆駆動される巻取手段に巻掛けて、
上記一対の濾布を出し入れ自在に支持するとともに、各
濾板の下方に支持された一対の支持枠間に、濾板の前後
に該濾板を間に挟むように配された前後一対の濾布の下
端を巻掛けた濾布巻取ローラを軸支し、かつ濾布を巻取
る方向に濾布巻取ローラを付勢するようにしたフイルタ
プレスにおいて、濾板と上記濾布巻取ローラの間で、該
ローラと大略平行に支持ローラを回転自在に設けると共
に、該支持ローラと大略平行に濾渣剥離用エツジを有す
るスクレーパの両端をブラケツトを介して上記支持ロー
ラに取付けて、濾布巻取ローラに巻取られる濾布を支持
ローラの外側でスクレーパの内側に通して濾布の外側面
がスクレーパのエツジと対面するようにし、かつ該エツ
ジを濾布の外側面に常時接触させるように上記支持ロー
ラの回転を規制する部材を設けて、上記濾板を開枠した
場合には、上記濾布巻取ローラのバネの付勢力により展
張された濾布で上記スクレーパを回動させ、濾布の略鉛
直方向下向きの走行路に上記エツジの先端を位置させる
一方、濾板を締付けた場合には、スクレーパが回動し該

When a rotation regulating member is provided and the filter plate is opened, the scraper is rotated by the filter cloth stretched by the biasing force of the spring of the filter cloth take-up roller, and the scraper is rotated in the substantially vertical direction of the filter cloth. A filter press characterized in that when the tip of the edge is positioned on a downward running path and the filter plate is tightened, the scraper rotates and is housed within the thickness of the filter plate.
