The first method is to cut metal foil that is the same or slightly narrower than the width of the base paper for bags in the horizontal direction to a certain size and paste it on the base paper at regular intervals. This process involves making perforations for cutting in the direction of the grain, folding both sides of the base paper toward the center to attach the body, and then cutting out each sheet from the perforations and attaching the bottom. be. In the second method, metal foil is fed out from the lateral direction of the bag base paper, pasted while being cut to the same size as the width of the bag base paper, and then bags are made in the same manner as the above-mentioned method. However, the bag making speed in each of the above methods is at most 100 per minute in terms of base paper supply rate, and on average about 35 per minute.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, two bag base materials 1 and 1' made of paper, cloth, synthetic paper, nonwoven fabric, plastic film, cellophane, etc. are placed vertically facing each other in the same direction. In the illustrated case, these substrates 1, 1'

The gluing roll 2 is in contact with the back surface of the upper layer 1, and a gluing surface of a certain shape is formed on the surface of the roll 2. The metal strips 3, 3' are formed in advance to have a predetermined width, and are attached to each base material 1, 3'.
1' and offset to one side. The metal strips 3, 3' are coated with adhesive in advance, or are coated with adhesive using a glue roll after being unwound. The metal strips 3, 3' are passed between the bonding press rolls 4 to bond the metal strips 3, 3' to the outer surfaces of the base materials 1, 1', respectively, and at the same time, the metal strips 3, 3' are pasted between the base materials 1, 1'. Also pasted. Motomura 1,1'
is bonded only at the glued portion 5 where the glued pattern is applied by the glued roll 2 in a fixed shape. Gluing part 5 is base material 1
, 1', which are applied at predetermined intervals (corresponding to the width of the bag to be manufactured) in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction.
It consists of a vertical gluing portion 5b which is applied continuously in the feeding direction on the side opposite to the side where the metal strips 3, 3' are pasted together. In the next step, the base materials 1 and 1' pasted together as described above are sequentially cut at the cutting position indicated by reference numeral 6 at the center of the horizontal glued portion 5a as shown in FIG. A three-sided closed bag A is formed by pasting metal bands 3 and 3' on both sides of the opening 7 as shown in FIG. The second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 uses base materials 1 and 1' on which metal strips 3 and 3' have been pasted at predetermined positions on the outer surface. ,1'
The steps of bonding and cutting are the same as in the first embodiment.
In each of the above embodiments, the bag is formed with three sides closed, but when manufacturing a cylindrical bag with both ends closed, the vertical glued portion 5b may be omitted.

In addition, if large-scale production is required, it is possible to use a wide base plate and manufacture several rows of bags in parallel in the width direction, and it is also possible to mix bags of different sizes and manufacture them at the same time. It is also possible to do so. FIG. 5 shows the bonding mode of the metal strip 3, the mode of the glued part 5, and the cutting position 6 when bags of different dimensions are manufactured in multiple rows at the same time by the method of the first or second embodiment. . In addition, although not shown, the metal strips 3, 3' or the like should be pasted on the opposite side from the case shown, the glue in the glued portion 5 should be scattered, and the horizontal glued portion 6
The connecting portion between a and the vertical glued portion 5b can be modified such that it has a gentle arc shape. Furthermore, it is also possible to bond a metal strip after bonding the base materials. As described above, the method of the present invention is to move the metal strip in the same direction as Motomura's feeding direction.
In other words, since the bags are pasted in the vertical direction, compared to the conventional method of cutting and pasting them in the horizontal direction, the average bag-making speed can be approximately 150 m/min, which is nearly five times faster. Ru.

Furthermore, in order to bond metal strips in the horizontal direction as in the past, the bonding pitch must always be kept uniform, which inevitably complicates the mechanism; A complicated mechanism is not required when pasting the film on the paper. This reduces the manufacturing process and makes the equipment cheaper.
Its operation is also easy.

Therefore, the bag making speed can be increased and the manufacturing cost of the bag can be reduced. Other advantages include the ability to manufacture multiple plates of bags at once in the width direction, to simultaneously manufacture bags of different dimensions, and to freely change the width of the metal strip.
