The folding door 2 shown in the figure is composed of two panels 1, 1 that are hinged together, and each panel 1 has, from the top, an upper iso-sara 14 between an inner longitudinal 10 and an outer longitudinal 12 located on both sides. Nakayoko Kaji 15
, 16, a lower horizontal cage 17 is arranged, a face piece 18 is installed between the upper horizontal cage 14 and the middle horizontal cage 15, and between the middle horizontal cage 16 and the lower horizontal cage 17,
It is constructed by attaching a decorative plate 20 between both inner horizontal ribs 15 and 16, and the inner vertical ribs 10 of each panel 1 are hinged to each other by a hinge body 22. The hinge body 22 is formed by extruding aluminum to have a substantially semicircular cross section, and two bearings 25, 25 parallel to each other are recessed approximately in the center of the plane portion 24 over the entire length of the hinge body. A mounting hole 26, called a so-called tapping hole, is formed between the two side supports 25, 25 on the inner surface of the holder 22. This bearing 25 forms a substantially semicircular groove, and each bearing 25
A curved surface portion 27 is formed on the other surface of the hinge body 22 with the same radius of curvature centered at . A protrusion 28 having a substantially C-shaped cross section is formed in the center of this curved surface portion 27 and bulges outward over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The inner rafter 10 is also formed by extrusion of aluminum, and has an arcuate surface 30 formed on one side over the entire length in the longitudinal direction for sliding along the curved surface portion 27, and one end edge of this arcuate surface 30. A middle cylindrical shaft 3 having a shaft hole 32 at the tip of a tongue piece 31 extending laterally.
3 is formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the shaft 33 is rotatably inserted into one bearing 25 of the hinge body 22, and the arcuate surface 30 moves along the curved surface portion 27 around the bearing 25. The panel 1 is opened and closed. Further, a locking projection 34 is provided on the other end edge of the arcuate surface 30 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and this locking projection 34 swings along the curved surface portion 27 to open and close the panel 1. When opened, the locking protrusion 32 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion 28 to prevent the panel 1 from opening any further. Furthermore, a protrusion 35 protrudes outward from the edge of the curved surface portion 27 on the opposite side of the protrusion 28, and when the panel 1 is closed, the locking protrusion 32 comes into contact with the protrusion 35, and the panel 1 The panel 1 is prevented from rotating more than 90 degrees, and the hinge body 2
This prevents it from going beyond 2. The panel 1 and the hinge body 22 are connected by a joint 36 attached to both the upper and lower ends of the hinge body 22. Consisting of pins 38, 38 and a through hole 39, both shaft rods 38, 38 are inserted into the shaft hole 32, and screws 40 are screwed into the mounting hole 26 through the through hole 39, and then attached to both sides of the hinge body 22. It connects panels 1 and 1. The upper runner 3 is attached to the upper end of the outer casing 12 of each panel, and rotates to the upper end of the vertical shaft 43 with a vertical shaft 43 inserted into an iron groove 42 opened at the upper end of the outer casing 12. A freely pivoted horizontal shaft 44 and rollers 4 pivoted at both ends of the horizontal shaft 44
5, and a coil spring 46 inserted into the bottom of the carry-in groove 42 constantly springs the upper runner 3 upward. On the other hand, an iron groove 50 that opens downward is also provided at the bottom of the outer vertical right 12 of each panel I, and the iron groove 50 is similarly forced downward by a coil spring 51 and protrudes downward. A rod-shaped lower runner 53 is provided. Upper frame 4
As shown in the figure, the aluminum extrusion trowel is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section with an open bottom, and has both vertical frames 8, 8 and a lower frame 60.
This constitutes a door frame that surrounds the folding door 2, and is connected to the vertical frames 8, 8 using a tapping hole 62 formed on the upper surface of the upper piece 61. Both side pieces 63, 6 of this upper frame 4
3. Locking protrusions 65, 65 extend inward from the lower end, and the upper rail 6 has a substantially C-shaped cross section and the stepped portions 66 are provided at the lower ends of both sides of the upper runner fixing rail 5. is placed on this locking protrusion 65 to support both rails 5 and 6 on the upper frame 4. The upper runner fixed rail 5 is attached to the upper frame 4 at the fixed end of the folding door 2 as shown in the figure.
The upper frame 6 is attached over the entire length of the remaining upper frame 4,
The movement of the upper runner 3 of one panel 1 is stopped within the upper runner fixing rail 5, and the rollers 45 of the upper runner 3 of the other panel 1 are rolled on the upper surface of the horizontal piece 70 of the upper rail 6 to complete the folding door 2. The left and right hand of the folding door 2 can be changed by changing the left and right position of the upper runner fixing rail 5. Here, the upper runner fixing rail 5 is short and is attached to the upper frame 4 by being inserted from the side in the same manner as the upper rail 6, and one end is attached to the upper rail 6. A stopper 7 is continuous, the other end is in contact with the inner surface of the vertical frame 8, and the stopper 7 projects into the upper runner fixing rail 5 through a stopper mounting hole 72 provided approximately at the center in the longitudinal direction.
is attached to the stopper 7, and this stopper 7 is always urged upward by a coil spring 73 wrapped around its outer periphery, so that it can be pulled downward as necessary. Also, a part of the horizontal piece 74 of the upper runner fixing rail 5 between the stopper 7 and the vertical frame 8 is cut out to form an upper runner insertion opening 9, and from this upper runner insertion opening 9 the upper runner fixing rail can be inserted. The upper runner 3 inserted into the panel 5 is fixed between the stopper 7 and the vertical frame 8, and one end of the panel having the upper runner 3 is used as a fixed end, and the other end of the panel 1 is used as a movable end to create a folding door. 2, and when removing the upper runners 3, 3 of both panels 1, 1 from the upper frame 4, first pull out the upper runner 3 located on the upper runner fixing rail 5 from the upper runner insertion opening 9. Then, by folding the folding door 2, move the other upper runner 3 from the upper rail 6 to the upper runner fixing rail 5, pull down the stopper 7, and move the upper runner 3 past the stopper 7 into the upper runner insertion slot. 9 and take it out from the upper frame 6. On the other hand, the lower runner 53 protruding from the lower surface of each panel 1 is fitted with iron so that it can run freely into a rail groove 76 provided over the entire length of the lower frame 60, with one side serving as a fixed shaft.
The lower runner 53, which serves as a fixed axis, has a spacer 78 fixed to the end of the seal groove 76 with a screw 77.
The folding door 2 is caught between the vertical frame 8 and the vertical frame 8, and uses this as a rotation axis, while the other freely travels within the rail groove 76 to open and close the folding door 2. 8 in the figure is a decorative bar placed on both the upper and lower edges of each panel 1 and the outer edge of the outer vertical right 12, and an upper frame is placed on the side of the decorative bar 80 on the opposite side of the direction in which the panel pops out with the opening/closing operation. 6, a soft cushioning material 81 provided over the entire length of the lower frame 60 and the vertical frame 8 cushions the collision between each panel 1 and both the upper and lower frames 4, 60 when the folding door 2 is opened. In this way, the folding door 2 is extended in a straight line.
A latch 84 for holding the folding door 2 in the closed state protrudes from the upper end of the movable panel. A rod 901, which is housed in a fixed housing 88 so as to be movable up and down and is urged upward by a coil spring 89, protrudes upward, and when the folding door 2 is closed, the latch 84 resists the spring force. It protrudes beyond the horizontal piece 70 of the top rule 6 into the lower opening of the top rule 6 to hold the panel 1 in a closed state. still,
The folding door 2 shown in this embodiment is used as a bathroom partition, and a drain hole 92 is provided in the side wall of the rail register 76 in the longitudinal center of the lower frame 60, but the present invention does not necessarily include this. The present invention is not limited to the present invention, but can be applied to various other partitions. As described above, the present invention includes inserting the upper runner fixing rail into one side end of the upper frame disposed above the folding door, and inserting the upper runner fixing rail along the entire length of the remaining upper frame. Insert a top rail that fits the lotus, hang the top runner of one panel 1 from the top rail so that it can run freely, and attach it to the top runner fixing rail provided slightly inward from the side end of the top runner fixing rail. The upper runner of the other panel is positioned within the upper runner fixing rail between the stopper that protrudes and can be freely pulled down and the vertical frame that blocks the side ends of the upper runner fixing rail, and the stopper and the vertical frame are The upper runner fixing rail between the doors is equipped with an upper runner insertion opening that connects to the bottom, allowing the upper runner to be inserted and removed freely, so you can change the left-right hand of the folding door by simply reversing the left-right position of the upper runner fixing rail. Of course, by pulling down the stopper, the upper runner running on the upper rail can be moved beyond the stopper to the upper runner fixing rail, and each upper runner can be taken out from the upper runner insertion port, An advantage is that the folding door can be easily installed and removed.

That is, in the present invention, an upper runner having a rotatable roller at the tip protrudes from the upper surface of the outer end of each panel located at both ends of a folding door formed by hingedly connecting a plurality of panels. The top runner of one panel is suspended from the top rail so that it can travel freely, and the top runner of the other panel is positioned within the top runner fixing rail, so the folding door is suspended from the top rail by the top runner. It is suspended so that it can run freely, and runs smoothly when opening and closing. In this hanging type of folding door, the door protrudes slightly inward from the side edge of the upper runner fixing rail into the upper runner fixing rail. An upper runner insertion port is provided with a stopper that projects in the upper runner fixing rail so that it can move forward and backward in the upper runner fixing rail, and that opens downward so that the upper runner can be inserted into and taken out from the upper runner fixing rail between the stopper and the vertical frame. Since the upper runner is inserted into the upper rail from the upper runner insertion opening, the stopper provided in the upper runner fixing rail allows the upper runner to be inserted from the upper rail of one of the running upper runners. This prevents the upper runner from falling off and prevents the other fixed upper runner from running, and has the advantage that it can be easily attached to and removed from the upper runner of a hanging type folding door. be.
