Separate runners for injecting synthetic resin are provided at certain locations, or runners are formed that connect each part, and after molding, the runners formed by the runners are removed from the movable parts. A method was taken. In the case where an independent flaw path is provided for each movable part as in the former case, processing costs and material costs for the mold become expensive, which becomes a constraint on mold production. In addition, when removing part of the runner after molding as in the latter case, it must be done without exposing the metal substrate or surrounding parts, which requires a great deal of time and effort. There were drawbacks. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and involves molding a plurality of movable parts or a fixed part and a movable part on a metal substrate so as to be continuous with a runner, and providing a cut part in the iron runner. A punching hole is formed in the metal substrate corresponding to this cut portion, and the runner is divided by punching the cut portion into the punching hole, thereby facilitating the molding of the movable part and the processing after molding. The purpose is to provide a molded part on a substrate that can eliminate as much as possible mold manufacturing constraints.

As shown in FIG. 2, these movable parts 2 are integrated with locking parts 5 and 6 molded on the back surface of the metal substrate 1 through circular holes 3 and 4 formed in the metal substrate 1 during molding. It is attached to the metal substrate 1 so as to be movable. Reference numeral 7 denotes a runner that connects the cam 2a shown as a plurality of movable parts 2, the bar 2b, and parts not shown, and this runner 7 is formed by a runner during molding.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cut portion 8 is provided with an extrusion protrusion 8a having a smaller diameter than the cut portion 8. However, as shown in the enlarged view in the circle, the cut portion 8 is approximately at the same height as the runner 7. It may also have a flat shape. Further, it is preferable to provide the runner 7 and the cut portion 8 outside the movable area of the movable parts 2a, 2, since the cut runner 7a as described later cannot prevent the other movable parts 2a, 2b from moving. FIG. 5 shows a pond embodiment of the present invention, in which fixing parts 10a, 1
This is a molded part on a board that is molded so that the movable part 2 and the movable part 2 are connected by a runner 7. Therefore, by integrally molding a synthetic resin, a runner 7 is placed on a metal substrate 1 as shown in FIG.
After obtaining a plurality of movable parts 2a and 2b connected by a runner 7, or after obtaining a fixed part and a movable part connected by a runner 7 on a substrate 1 as shown in Fig. 3, as shown in Fig. 3. If the punch A punches out the cut portion 8 in the direction of the punching hole 9 through the extrusion protrusion 8a, the shearing force from the punching hole 9 acts on the cut portion 8 and it is separated from the runner 7, so the runner 7 is separated. Therefore, the movable parts, cam 2a and lever 2b, can each freely move (see FIG. 4). In the case of a cut portion 8 having a shape as shown in the enlarged view of the circle in FIG. And cam 2a
, when levers 2b and 2c are used, when the tip of the runner 9 is cut, it may sag somewhat in the punching direction, so it may get caught in the punched hole 11 and not rotate smoothly. Cam 2 as shown in Figure 4
a. It is preferable to rotate the levers 2b and 2c within a range where the tip of the runner does not come into contact with the punched hole. As described above, the present invention involves molding a plurality of movable parts 2 or a fixed part and a movable part on a metal substrate 1 so as to connect them with a runner 7, and the runner 7 is provided with a cut part 8. A punching hole 9 is formed in the metal substrate 1 corresponding to the position of the cut portion 8, and the runner 7 is divided by punching the cut portion 8 into the punching hole 9, so that the manufacturing process of the mold is reduced. In addition, a large number of movable parts 2 can be movably separated by a simple cutting operation using a small number of cutting parts 8, and time and labor can be greatly reduced.

。In addition, each movable part 2 is connected by a runner 7 after molding, and the predetermined positional relationship can be maintained without the movable part 2 being rolled around carelessly. Therefore, after assembly and adjustment, the runner 7 is cut and the device etc. It is especially suitable for cases where the work is completed.
