もこの機構に習う。The details are as shown in FIGS. 7a, 7b, and 11, in which the side where the friction member 18 is attached to the plate 11, that is, the end 82 on the near side in FIG. 3 is closed. At the same time, the rear end is connected to an air supply V supply device (not shown), and air is constantly supplied in the direction of arrow B in FIG. A plurality of air ejection holes 83 are formed in the air pipe 81 so as to form an acute rearward angle with respect to the direction of the ball (the angle is 550 in FIG. 7a). As shown in FIG. 11, the ejection holes 83 are arranged at equal intervals toward the rear of the air pipe 81 and parallel to the axis. Also, this air pipe 81
is located above the plate 11 so that the position of the nozzle hole 83 when viewed from the plane side shown in FIG. Placed. Therefore, air is always ejected from the air pipe 81 in the direction indicated by arrow C in the figure, ie, diagonally downward and backward toward the plate 12. FIG. 8 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of the switching mechanism 60 used in the device of the present invention, and shows the aforementioned mechanisms 60a and 60b.

様を以下に述べる。In the figure, the spring clutch 61' is composed of a relatively rotatable driving part 62 and a driven part 63, which are wound around a spring 64, and the rotational force between the two is transmitted to the driving part 62.
This is achieved by tightening the spring 64 due to the rotation of the . A collar 66 having a protruding piece 67 on the outside is placed around the spring 64, and a claw 65 of the spring 64 engages with a notch in the collar 66. The clutch 61 is switched via the protrusion 67 of the collar 66. That is, when the spring 64 and the collar 66 rotate together with the constantly rotating drive part 62, the driven part 63 also rotates, and the protrusion 67 of the collar 66 is moved by an external force. When the collar 66 and the spring 64 try to stop rotating due to being locked, the driven portion 63 also stops. The locking and releasing of the protruding piece 67 is performed by turning off and energizing the solenoid 70, and this operation is transmitted to the protruding piece 67 via the lever bar 68. The lever 68 is pivotally supported to the frame by a ratchet 69, and is also pivotally supported by a shaft 74 to a piston rod 73 on the solenoid 70 side, and the rod 73 is normally moved outward together with the piston 71 by the action of a spring 72. When the solenoid 70 is energized, it is pulled toward the solenoid 701. When the above structure is applied to the mechanisms 60a and 60b described above, some changes may be necessary in detail, but there is no need to specifically mention these. The operation mode of the automatic opening device of the present invention having the above configuration will be described below.

The dropped newspaper is supported by the stationary standby rollers 13 and 14 with folded pieces P placed on the bales, and is also moved into the plate by the action of the fan 26.
11. At this point, the first newspaper section 30 starts operating by the action of the solenoid 70b, rotates the rubber ring 36, acts on the vicinity of the fold side Q of the newspaper, and turns it up. The outline is shown in FIG. 10. First, the rubber ring 35 presses the corner of the newspaper between its friction surface 36 and the friction element 23 disposed on the plate 11 at the position E in FIG. 10 (omitted). The newspaper is held between the sides, and as it rotates, the corner of the newspaper half S is moved relative to the other half R. At this time, the rubber ring 35 rotates at an inclination angle of about 45 degrees, which is equal to the protrusion angle of the rod 34, and moves the corner of the half body S.
As the rubber ring 35 rotates, the half body S is bent downward at an angle of 45 degrees. This state is shown by imaginary lines in the figure, and as the rubber lithog 35 rotates from position E to E', the half body S is displaced from position pupil F to F' and is greatly curved. As the rubber ring 36 continues to rotate further, the half body S passes over the rubber ring 35 due to the leaf spring action of its own curved part, as shown by F'' in FIG. At this point, the space between the corners of the halves R and S is opened.The rubber ring 35 has its friction surface 36 to open the space between the corners of the halves R and S.
When moving the corner of the body, there is a tendency to also move the half body R at the rear, but there is a sliding surface 3 on the rear side of the friction surface 36.
7 is provided, which presses the corner of the half body R, and also because the half body R itself is attracted to the plate 11,
The rubber ring 35 moves only the corner of the half body S. Even if the newspaper half S with its corner opened remains as it is, due to inertia and the suction force of the fan 27 installed on the plate 12, it slowly moves from position F'' to F''' as shown in FIG. .

It is adsorbed. In this case, if forced air is constantly being blown to the entire half body S, the initial checkerboard operation by the first checkerboard member 30 will be adversely affected, which may cause malfunctions. Therefore, in this embodiment, the air jet hole 83 is provided so as to be biased toward the rear of the pipe 81 as described above, and the air jet hole 83 is provided so as to be biased towards the rear of the pipe 81.
By oriented diagonally downward and backward toward 2, the sheet opening operation of the first opening member 30 is prevented from being adversely affected. However, various changes can be made to the configuration of the second barrier paper section 80, and the point is that the second open-weave member 80 is at least a paper half S on the side separated by the first barrier paper member 30. It is essential to use forced ventilation. As mentioned above, when the newspaper is completely opened, a predetermined leaflet is folded in, and after this folding is completed, the standby roller 13 is moved to the solenoid 7.
Rotation is started by the action of 0a.

It is delivered and held between 51 and 52 and quickly discharged from the system in a closed state. After this ejection, a new newspaper is subsequently fed into the support 10 of the device and collated with leaflets again in the manner described above. The present invention has been described above in detail by taking as an example the device of the present invention that is applied to collating newspapers and handbills, but the device of the present invention is highly versatile and can be used for all types of work with simple design changes. As mentioned above, it can be applied. According to the apparatus of the present invention as described above, the following effects can be obtained. First, there are two different ways to operate the seki paper: one that uses a friction ring to wind up the paper;
Since this is simultaneously performed by completely separating the opened paper by blowing forced air into the half of the rolled paper, the separator work can be carried out reliably and quickly. However, unlike the previously proposed device mentioned above, the second barrier paper member of the device of the present invention is not a hard material that is brought into direct contact with the target paper, so it can be used without adversely affecting the paper. It becomes possible to increase the paper opening operation speed, and as a result, it is possible to increase the throughput of a collating device into which the device is installed. Furthermore, since the structure of the second sheet opening member itself is much simpler than that of previously proposed devices, desirable results can be achieved in terms of product costs and problems such as occurrence of failures. As described above, according to the automatic folded paper opening device of the present invention, the advantages of the previously proposed device can be utilized as they are, and the work can be processed without adversely affecting the paper that is the target object. It is possible to improve one's abilities and achieve one's individual goals.
