The contact is then pushed into the contact receptacle and connected to the end of the conductor, after which the lead-in wire of the external circuit is connected to the contact. All these operations can be performed automatically. Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described according to the drawings. 1st
The assembly shown includes a laminated core 11 forming a pole piece, and a coil 13 insulated from said core by an insulating sheet 12.
is wrapped around the pole piece. An annular connector housing 14 integrally molded of plastic material is secured to one end of the core by pins 15 and a coil on the housing base. These pins pass through laminated alignment holes made in the core. The housing has a series of box-shaped structures 16 that provide open-topped contact receptacles. A pair of opposing walls of the contact receiver have a line of conductor gripping slots 17 extending downwardly from the upper edge of each wall. A rectangular parallelepiped-shaped conductor stuffer 18 stands upright from the floor of the contact receiver between the slots 17. The contact 19 inserted into each contact receiving portion is formed by punching out a metal sheet and is provided with two opposing plates 21 .

1 has aligned wire receiving slots 23 which are open at one end to form a wire receiving opening. The weave of one plate is folded back and extends towards the other plate to form a contact tongue 24. A notch 25 with a V-shaped cross section for holding the lead-in wire is punched out at the free end of the tongue. A pair of spaced barbs 26, 27 are formed on each side of each plate. The barbs 26 are located near the blind end 32 of the slot 23, and the barbs 27 are located near the lateral portion 22. In use, the housing 14 is attached to the end of the pole piece by a pin before the coil is wound.

ことができる点にある。The free end of the coil conductor 28 is inserted into the slot 17 and secured across the staff 18. The contact is then inserted into the contact receptacle and the stuffer is inserted into the lateral part 2.
2, firmly push the conductor 28 toward the blind end 32 of the slot 23, and maintain a certain degree of pressure on the conductor. The edges of the slots 23 dig into the insulation of the conductor and contact the core wire. The barbs bite into the wall of the contact receiving portion to hold the contact within the contact receiving area. The barbs 27 also press the walls of the slot 23 closer together. The wall of the slot 23 can therefore be considered rigid and the barb 26 acts as a fulcrum. This feature ensures that a plurality of coil conductors are held in the slots 23 connected to the contacts. Next, the lead-in wire 29 from the external circuit is connected to the free end of the tongue 24 and the plate 21 adjacent to the free end.
When pushed in between, the lead-in wire is gripped by the tongue 24 and the plate 21, so that the lead-in wire is connected to the contact. The advantages of the present invention are that the assembly work can be carried out automatically, that the ends of the coil conductor can be accurately fixed to the housing immediately after the coil is wound and before it is connected to the lead-in wire 29, and that the coil The point is that the last few turns of the winding can prevent it from unraveling.
