末の前述したあ‘まれをなくしたものであり、従って、
本発明にあっては電線等の線材が2個の巻枠に交互かつ
連続的に巻取られるとともに、前記各巻枠の巻軸延長線
上に該巻枠上に被せうる筒状カバーが軸万向移動可能に
設けられたものにおいて、筒状カバーのそれぞれは第1
箇状カバーと第2筒状カバーとからなり、各巻枠の麹方
向一側方に第1筒状カバーがそれぞれ軸方向移動可能に
設けられ、軸万向他側方に第2筒状カバーがそれぞれ軸
