More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a strong linen-like fabric for clothing that has excellent crispness and flexibility by using bound spun yarn under specific conditions and forming a specific fabric. BACKGROUND ART Fabrics that have a crisp texture and are made of strong cotton yarn have been used for spring and summer clothing.

This yarn is made by adding extra layers to the regular spun yarn and using it as a tight and stiff yarn, and it has a smooth texture, a crisp taste, and gives a cool feeling. However, such strong cotton yarn requires fabrication processing of, for example, 800 T/M or more, which requires labor and time, and is expensive. As an alternative to such a fabric using a strong cotton yarn, the present invention is a binding spun fabric consisting of a substantially free core fiber and a binding fiber that spirally winds and binds the core fiber. A study has been conducted to create a strong linen-like fabric using yarn, but it was found that simply using ordinary binding yarn instead of the strong linen yarn was insufficient in terms of crispness.

Although this method discloses that the actual twist pinch of the highly twisted yarn is equal to or less than the length between the weave points of the fabric, it has the disadvantage that the fabric cost is high because it uses strong cotton yarn. Another known example is JP-A-52-88662.

This technique uses bound spun yarn to create a strong linen-like fabric. However, this lever technique does not take into account the length of the bounding fiber binding pitch and the length of the weave point interval of the fabric, and the disadvantage is that the weaving cost cannot be reduced because the binding fibers are arranged adjacent to the S or Z direction. was there. Furthermore, this technique uses ordinary type of bound spun yarn, and no consideration is given to high overfeed rates. Yet another prior art is Jitsugyo No. 7053 No. 172382 (Sho 55-1), but this technology relates to cheesecloth for industrial use, and involves fixing the textile tissue points with an adhesive. The fabric is stiff and has no texture for clothing.

Therefore, not only cannot this be used as a clothing fabric, but also no consideration is given to the overfeed rate, making it impossible to satisfy the crispness and suppleness of the fabric. [Object of the present invention] The present invention provides a novel woven fabric that does not have the above-described drawback of high cost of strong cotton yarn and has strong crispness and flexibility due to the use of bound spun yarn that does not require thick cotton yarn.

{1} In the method for manufacturing clothing fabrics made of bound spun yarn, in which the core paper bundle bulges out in a spiral between the winding pitches of bound fibers and has a zigzag shape, the first step is to form the bound spun yarn. A bound spun yarn is obtained by setting the castle overfeed rate to 15% or more, and then, in a weaving process, the bound spun yarn is used as at least one of the warp yarn or the horizontal yarn of the fabric, and the warp yarn or the horizontal yarn of the bound spun yarn is used. It is characterized in that the interval is set to a length equal to or longer than the winding pitch of the bundled fibers, and at the same time, the winding direction of the bundled fibers of warp yarn or horizontal yarn is aligned in either the S or Z direction. A method for producing a reinforced linen-like fabric for clothing.

The core fiber east 1 may have alternating twists, but in reality, it has no twist, and in the winding pitch interval 3 other than the binding portion by the binding fibers 2, it bulges out with large helical undulations, and the yarn has a zigzag shape when viewed from the side.
In such a zigzag-shaped bound spun yarn, the core fiber east is strongly attached by the binding fibers, and the yarn grain has a strong crispness. The method of the present invention In addition, by satisfying the weaving conditions for the yarn and fabric so that the winding pitch P is equal to or less than the length between the weave points of the fabric, it is possible to make use of strong crispness in the fabric, as well as to make it supple. It is possible to have both.

FIG. 2 shows an example of a fabric obtained by the present invention. In the present invention, it is necessary to use a relatively coarse texture and to reduce the winding pitch of the bundled fibers of the bundled spun yarn.
It can be made smaller than 12. Depending on the texture of the fabric, there may be two or more types of length between the texture points, but in that case, it is sufficient if the longest part is equal to or longer than the winding pitch. The texture and type of the fabric are not particularly limited, but relatively coarse voile, gauze, Panama, etc. are preferably used.

The bound spun yarn can be used as a single yarn or a double yarn, or it can be used in either a vertical or horizontal direction, but it is best to use a single yarn in a vertical or horizontal direction to make the best use of its characteristics. . The bound spun yarn used in the present invention is, for example,
It can be produced by the method described in 2-43257, but
The method is not limited to this method, and any method may be used as long as the structure consists of a substantially unformed core fiber and binding fibers that wind and bind the core weave in a spiral. It may be manufactured. The zigzag shape of the bound spun yarn in the method of the present invention refers to the large constriction diameter D and the bulge D2 between the winding pitches in FIG.
D, is preferably 1.5 or more, and such a shape provides good crispness. Also, the winding pitch P
The smaller is preferable for the present invention, and the relationship with the length 1 between tissue points of the fabric requires IZP, but according to the findings of the present inventors, 1 ≧ (1.5 to 2.0) P. Most preferably.

In this way, in the case of the method described in the above-mentioned publication, the zigzag-shaped, winding pitch 4-small bound spun yarn can be produced by increasing the overfeed rate in the castle, and the value is 15% or more. It is necessary that there be. This is to make the winding pitch of the bundled fibers finer and to make the zigzag structure consisting of a constricted part and a bulge part more noticeable. If the overfeed rate is less than 15%, the yarn will tend to have a silky texture, which is not preferable. Further, in the present invention, it is necessary to weave with the winding direction of the binding fibers of the weft thread or the weft thread aligned in either the S or Z direction.
This is to exhibit flexibility and to reduce weaving costs. FIG. 2 shows the fabric thus obtained. In other words, in Fig. 2, the vertical direction is a warp thread, but
All wrapped fibers are in the Z direction. Furthermore, when viewed from the right side, for example, the horizontal yarn becomes a bundled spun yarn of all fibers wound in the Z direction.
[Effects of the present invention] The reinforced linen-like fabric obtained by the method of the present invention described above has a strong crispness and flexibility, and can be produced at a low cost because there is no need to create linen from the spun yarn. It has a moisturizing effect.
