DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention provides a heating cooker which is used by processing a sheathed heater into a spiral shape, pressing one side of the heater to form a flat part, and then inserting a pot or the like into the flat part. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a spiral sheathed heater used as a heating element, and in particular, is intended to easily and inexpensively process a spiral sheathed heater.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a sheathed heater. A mold 2 has a convex portion 3 in the center and a sheathed heater end insertion hole 4.

Next, the order of forming the sheathed heater 1 into a spiral shape will be described. First, the end of the sheathed heater 1 is bent approximately at right angles, and the bent end is inserted into the insertion hole 4. After this, the mold 2 is rotated while pressing the roller 5 against it. At this time, the sheathed heater is wound around the convex portion 3 at the initial stage of rotation of the mold 2. After that, a substantially semicircular arc-shaped smoother 6, which is divided into a plurality of pieces corresponding to the winding interval of the sheathed heater, is attached to the outside of the sheathed heater 1, and the heater 1 is further pressed against the outer periphery of this smoother 6 by a roller 5. , rotate the mold 2. After wrapping around the outer periphery of the smoother 6, the smoother 7 is attached one after another. In this way, the smoother is attached one after another to perform spiral processing. This kind of processing is the fourth
As shown in the figure, a substantially linear smoother 10 of a required length corresponding to a predetermined spiral spacing is used, and the heater 1 and the smoother 10 are both processed into a spiral shape while pressing the heater 1 thereon. Met.

In such a processing method, since the spacer 10 and the heater 1 are processed into a spiral shape at the same time, a large amount of power is required to rotate the mold 2, which increases the equipment cost due to the large size of the device. was there. In particular, it was not easy to do this because the wider the spiral spacing, the wider the inside of the subesa. Further, since the smoother 10 is also processed into a spiral shape, it cannot be reused at this point. Therefore, if it is to be disposed of or reused, it must be processed into a straight line again, which is very troublesome and time consuming. In either case, the disadvantage was that the cost was high. This invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method by preparing spacers 6 and 7 which are divided into a plurality of pieces in advance and each having a substantially semicircular arc shape within a predetermined overwinding interval. In this method, spiral processing is performed by sequentially inserting the pieces with the smallest curvature.

After spiral processing, the smoothers 6 and 7 can be removed and reused. Therefore, according to this invention, since the spiral machining is performed only by the heater, the rotational force of the mold 2 can be small, and there is no effect even if the spiral spacing is widened, and the equipment cost is low because the device is 4 mm. That's fine.

Furthermore, since the substrate can be reused as is, it can be manufactured at low cost and without much effort. Furthermore, if the smoothers are movably connected to each other in the order of curvature as shown in FIG. 3, they will be automatically fed in, making it possible to perform spiral machining more efficiently.
