The basic idea of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. What is shown in Figure 1 is a fish whose head has been cut off, its back opened, and its spine removed, and is an example of the same type of fish that is to be cut into pieces by the device of the present invention. It is. Next, as shown in FIG. )
, when attempting to cut the C part into C (evening) and the 0 part into the remainder, each individual in a group of objects to be cut can be said to have different weight, length, width, wall thickness, etc., but they are the same. In these types of fish, each individual has almost the same composition and similar shape. Select one individual from this group of objects to be cut that is standard in terms of weight and shape, use this as the reference individual lo of the objects to be cut shown in Figure 3, measure its weight Wo and total length Lo, and measure its total length. Divide L into n equal parts, cut each piece,
Sequentially, the lengths are 1, 12, 13...
It is named with ln for convenience. The length of each strip above is

Each of the above strips 1, 12, 13...
・, ln are weighed and the weight of each strip is sequentially w,, w2, W3......,wn, then w
, 10w20w3...10wn=Wo, and the lengths of each strip are equal, but the weights of each strip are unequal. The weight Wo of the reference individual o mentioned above can be said to be obtained by dividing its entire length into n equal parts and calculating the weight of each piece integrally. If we memorize each of the above numerical values as reference data and assume that the object to be cut 1 shown in Fig. 2 is exactly the same as the reference individual lo shown in Fig. 3, then part A is To cut the object into parts, as shown in Fig.
113・・・・・・・・・・You just need to cut the part where the weight of 117 becomes A (Yu), and in order to divide and cut the B part into B (Yu), you need to cut 1,112 in the same way. 113. All you have to do is cut at the position where the weight of 10 lb is (A+B) (Y).
Similarly, to cut part C into C (evening), use 1, 11.
2113……The weight of 10 lc is (A+B0C) (evening)
All you have to do is cut at the position where . Note that portion D is the remaining portion. Note that hereinafter, the entrusted cutting position will be referred to as the cutting length as the length from the front end of the object to be cut. Therefore, each individual is selected from a group of objects to be cut, which are almost completely identical to the reference individual lo, and the desired part A is A (evening), the B part is B (evening),
In order to cut the C part into C (evening) and the D part into the remainder, measure the weight W' and total length L' of each individual, since each individual has almost the same composition and similar shapes. As shown in FIG. 4, the total length L' of the object to be cut 1 is divided into n equal parts, and the length of each of the n equal parts is sequentially 1', 1'2, 1'3, .
..・.. .. ......, ln, and the corresponding weights of each strip are sequentially w',, w'2, w'3......, W

First, cut the object 1 into desired parts by cutting the A part into A (multiple) parts.
, B part is defined as B (evening), C part is defined as C (, and D part is the remainder). The object to be cut 1 is stored in the memory section of the memory/arithmetic circuit 16 of the electronic controller 5 from the operation panel 13 of the controller 5.Then, the object 1 to be cut is placed on the plywood 4 at the conveyor position (1) with its front end aligned with the base line. 9, and when the pedal 12 is depressed, the plywood 4 advances one step to position (0) and stops. In this position (b), as shown in FIG. falls downward, and the plywood 4 is detached from the endless chains 3, 3.
The plywood 4 and the object to be cut 1 placed on it are both weighed by riding on the electronic scale 14 of the weight detector 6 below, but the preset weight of the plywood 4 is weighed. The measured value of the weight W' of the object to be cut 1 is sent via the digital converter 15 to the storage/arithmetic circuit 16 of the electronic controller 5 as a digital signal. Then, when the pedal 12 is depressed, the plywood 14, which was in the position (b), carries the object 1 to be cut, moves one step to the position (m), and stops. At this position (m), the workpiece 1 below the total length detector 7 is measured by the image length measuring device 17 of the detector 7, and the measured value of the total length L' is sent via the digital converter 15'. Electronic controller 5 as digital signal
The data is sent to the storage/arithmetic circuit 16. Then, pedal 12
When the operator steps on the plywood 4, the plywood 4 at the position (m) carries the object 1 to be cut, moves one step to the position (N), and stops. During this time,

The above-described reference data and the measured values sent from the above-mentioned weight detector 6 and total length detector 7, that is, the weight W of the object to be cut 1
' and the total length L' are compared and calculated using the calculation method described above, and the cutting length of each portion of the object 1 to be cut is calculated. The pulse motors 19, 20, 2 of the automatic cutting machine 8
1, a control pulse signal is sent to each of them. In the automatic cutting machine 8 described above, the plurality of cutters 22, 23, and 24 (three in this case) are driven by the pulse motors 19 and 24, respectively.
The cutters are structured to move horizontally by rotation of the cutters 20 and 21, and each cutter moves to a position corresponding to the calculated cutting length for the object 1 on the plywood 4 and stops in response to the above-mentioned control pulse signal. At this time, the above cutting machine control circuit 18
An electrical signal instructing the cutter to descend is sent to the cutter lowering mechanism 25 of the automatic cutting machine 8, and each cutter simultaneously descends and cuts the plywood 4.
The above object to be cut 1 is cut into multiple parts (in this case, 4 parts) of desired weight, that is, part A is part A, part B is part B, part C is part C, and part D is part A. Then, when the pedal 12 is depressed, the plywood 4 is placed on the cut object 1 and moved to the rear end position (V) of the conveyor, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Proceed to and flip, plywood 4
The divided parts of the upper object to be cut 1 fall into the dividing chute 11, and each part is stored at an appropriate location. The function and operation of this device are as described above. The object to be cut 1 is placed from position (1), the plywood 4 advances one step to position (0), stops, and the next plywood is placed at position (1). 4, the next object 1 to be cut is placed on the plywood 4, and in this manner, the object 1 to be cut is successively cut into pieces in this apparatus. In this device, a setting device 26 provided on the operation panel 13 of the electronic controller 5 sets a plurality of desired sections of the object 1 to be cut into sections and a desired weight corresponding to each section. , the above-mentioned basic data obtained from the above-mentioned reference individual lo are set. In addition, the weight detector 6 described above
and the full length detector 7 can be provided at the same position on the conveyor. Also, the progress and stop of one step of the plywood 4 is as follows.
It is also possible to perform this automatically without depending on instructions from the pedal 12. The device described above is an embodiment of the automatic weighing and cutting device of the present invention, and the means for detecting the weight and total length of the object to be cut, the structure of the automatic cutting machine, etc. should be designed and selected as necessary. It is.
