A conventional method for manufacturing multicolor ink ribbons involves impregnating or coating each half of a type ribbon material with different colors in each half in the middle direction of a type ribbon material made of woven material such as silk, cotton, or synthetic fibers. There are known methods of containing the compound by means of other means.

This has the disadvantage that they penetrate from one side through the contact area due to capillary action and mix with each other. These drawbacks not only cause problems with the product defect rate during manufacturing, but even with multicolor ink ribbons that pass the product shipping inspection, there are problems with the storage stability of the product, especially when the ribbon is used. As the ink content of each layer or some layers decreases, the permeability of the inks to each other or from one ink layer to another becomes more pronounced due to capillary action, etc.
It also has some drawbacks as a product. In order to solve these problems, colored inks based on pigments are currently being used, but even these are not sufficient to solve each of the problems mentioned above, and furthermore, the printing quality is lower than that of dye-based inks. There are also problems with product lifespan, such as the color of printed characters becoming lighter as the number of times they are printed increases. In order to solve this problem, a cloth-type ribbon material is impregnated with inks of different colors, and linear fused parts are formed to demarcate areas impregnated with inks of different colors. However, it is extremely difficult to properly form the linear fused portion in a straight line on a cloth IJ-bon material, and it often meanders from side to side.

As a result of the impregnated areas coming into contact with each other, a situation such as mixing of different colored inks occurs.

This causes a problem in that the durability of the ribbon is significantly reduced. The present invention aims to solve such problems, and in order to achieve this purpose, the partition section is
It is composed of a plurality of linear fused parts that are not impregnated with ink and are formed parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other.

There is no longer a need to melt the material.

It is now possible to effectively prevent inks of different colors from mixing.

FIGS. 3a to 3h are enlarged schematic cross-sectional views of the tip portion of the heat supply means, respectively. Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the x-X line of Fig. 1a or Fig. 2, Fig. 5a is a schematic sectional view of a subordinate example with one bran-like melted part, and Fig. 5b is FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a multicolor ink ribbon of the present invention having two linear melting portions arranged adjacent to each other. In FIG. 1a, a type ribbon blank 1 made of a thermofusible woven material is passed over a support 2 at a suitable speed by means such as tension rolls or take-up rolls, with the heat coupling means 3 The type ribbon material 1 is brought into contact with the center portion in the middle direction, and a linear fused portion A is continuously formed. Another linear fused portion A is formed in the same manner. In this way, 2
One layer of a type ribbon material 1 separated into layers is impregnated or coated with an ink of one color (e.g. black) and the other layer is impregnated or coated with an ink of another color (e.g. red) 2. A colored ink ribbon is formed. In FIG. 1b, a schematic perspective view of a method for forming a three-color ribbon using two heat supply means is shown. In these FIGS. 1a and 1b, a linear heating member is used as the heat supply groove means 3, but in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, a heating roller 4 is used.
Fig. 3 shows an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of the tip of the heat supply means, where a to d are examples of the formation of the tip of the heat supply unit, and e to h are examples of the formation of the tip of the heat supply unit. Here is an example. In particular, b is a shaft having a spherical heating portion at its tip. Other types of heat supply V supply means 3 having a linear or blade-shaped heat supply section are type I.
A linear melted portion may be formed by applying it parallel to the length direction of the J-bond material 1 (not shown). The linear fused portions A may be formed at the same time as or sequentially after cutting the wide medium heat-fusible woven fabric material into a plurality of type ribbons. Furthermore, as the heat-melting woven fabric material used for type ribbon material 1, polyamide fibers such as nylon 66 and nylon 6, or polyester fibers are particularly preferably used because of their high tensile strength and elongation modulus. Ru. The temperature of the joint part of the heat supply means for melting such polyamide woven fabrics and polyester woven fabrics is usually 130 to 300 qo.
selected from the range. The tension speed of the type ribbon material 1 is usually selected from a range of 0.1 to lm/sec. By roughly adjusting the temperature and speed, a desired linear melting zone A can be formed. In addition, it is preferable that the inside of the linear fusion zone A is usually about 0.1 to 3. A conventional 28 type ribbon without such a linear fused portion A is shown in FIG. 4, and a secondary two-color type ribbon having one linear fused portion A is shown in FIG. 5a.

FIG. 5b shows an embodiment in which two linear fused portions A are provided close to each other according to the present invention, thereby further ensuring the barrier effect of the ink. As described above, the present invention completely prevents ink from penetrating into other ink areas due to capillary action, prevents a decrease in the product defect rate during manufacturing, increases the storage stability of the product, and The effects of this ink are enormous, as the lifespan of the product can be greatly extended.

In addition to those in which two or more ink layers are arranged in a multicolored ribbon shape through linear melting parts, such as black-red and one indigo, there are other ink layers in which two or more ink layers of a single color (for example, only black) are arranged in parallel. Similarly to the above, the scope of the present invention also includes those arranged in parallel with a linear fused portion interposed therebetween.
