織機による縦織物の柄合わせ方法に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a photo sensor that detects stop information marked at a position corresponding to the selvedge of a weft yarn and performs pattern matching of textiles. The present invention relates to a pattern matching method for warp fabrics using a patternless loom, which takes measures to prevent malfunctions due to detection of such factors.

For each round, the length of one weft thread is unraveled from the weft winding plate, and inserted into the warp village mouth to be used.

った。By repeating this process, warp fabrics are sequentially woven, but with this method, there are restrictions on the length of the weft winding plate and the size of the shirttle to which it is attached, making it impossible to weave Hironaka textiles. This makes it difficult to automatically replace the weft winding board. The method that has been tried to date for weaving wide and medium weaving under such circumstances is to evenly wind the weft threads around a weft winding plate with an adapted inside inside the fabric, and then install this on one side of the non-azusa fabric. Then, each time the loom rotates, the weft thread guide position is moved and the length of one weft thread is released from the weft winding plate for weaving and pattern matching, or the weft thread is wound using a weft release piece. The method used was to take out the weft threads one by one from the board and weave them into the warp thread opening using the rapier method. However, in the former method, the amount of movement of the weft thread guide was large, and it was difficult to maintain an accurate amount of movement and perfectly match the pattern. If you try to do that, you won't be able to increase the speed of the loom, and you'll also need a high level of skill to wrap the weft around the weft winding board, which will result in poor winding efficiency.
It is difficult to match the pattern due to the difference in the winding length between the inside and outside of the winding layer, and it is also difficult to automatically replace the weft winding plate.

Overall, it was not possible to obtain high-quality textiles, and it was truly inefficient.

ない。As another method, a pattern matching method is also disclosed in which the weft is stopped by detecting stop information magnetically or electrically by marking the weft with a ferromagnetic substance such as iron powder or an electrically conductive substance. However, the stop information added to the weft thread is unevenly marked, and the marked stop information tends to fall off, resulting in frequent detection errors. It has not been put into practical use because it causes damage to the weft, such as the weft threads becoming easy to break, and it is not possible to achieve a satisfactory pattern match.

The photo sensor detects the white background left on the beam in the area corresponding to the section, or the stop information colored with a color that can be detected by the photo sensor, and activates the solenoid to stop the weft at a certain position, and to stop the weft. By performing creasing while holding one end of the fabric near the edge of the fabric outside the weft opening, accurate mochi pattern alignment is possible, making it possible to weave highly efficient warp fabrics. If the system does not detect outage information or makes a detection error,
It is designed to automatically stop the operation of the loom.

In advance, a weft yarn 1 to which stop information has been given, which is left undyed white or colored in a color that can be detected by a photo sensor, is wound around positions corresponding to the edges of the fabric at regular intervals so as to fit in the fabric. The weft yarn 1 pulled out from the package 2 is given a constant tension by the tension adjustment device 3, and guided by the yarn guides 4, 5, and 6, the weft yarn 1 is passed through a knotting cutter attached to the rapier stand 12 near the entrance of the warp thread opening. 7 grips the end of the thread.

A shutter 0 is provided to block the photo sensor 9 to prevent malfunction. 0 However, this shirt cover 10 is not necessary in the case of the method using electronic pulse signals, which will be described later.

After passing through the front of the thread guide 5, clamp 8, and thread guide 6, the end of the thread is gripped by the thread tying cutter 7 to complete the preparation for operation, and when the switch is turned on and started, the rapier located near the left end in Figure 1 11 moves forward to the right, passes through the opening of the warp thread 13, reaches the knotting cutter 7, stops moving forward, and begins to move backward, but at this time, the rapier 11 grabs the end of the weft thread 1 and moves backward, cutting the warp threads. The weft thread 1 is pulled into the azusa mouth, returns to its original position (the position shown in Fig. 1), and stops.

Then, the shirt pier 11 opens a little before it stops, and the photo sensor 9 detects the stoppage information of the weft thread 1. The detected stoppage information is converted into an electric current, amplified by the controller 20, and operates the clamp 8 by the magnetic coil, thereby tightening the weft thread 4.

By detecting this and stopping the weft thread, it is possible to accurately align the vertical handle position, and the rapier can grip the weft thread and perform coining while maintaining a constant tension state. This allows Hironaka's textiles to be woven into beautiful products without distorted vertical patterns.
In addition, since the supplied weft yarn is wound into a cone or cheese shape, it can be made into a large package, allowing continuous weaving for long periods of time, eliminating the need for skill in winding the weft as in the past, and increasing the weaving speed. It is also possible to weave high-quality all-woven fabrics with high efficiency, such as at high speeds.

る絣織物の柄合わせ方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. The pattern of Kasuri fabric is created by marking stop information by leaving dye or coloring at the position corresponding to the fabric edge of the weft yarn, detecting this with a photo sensor, and stopping the progress of the weft yarn. In order to prevent the photo sensor from detecting a pattern other than the stop information and malfunctioning when performing fitting, the photo sensor is blocked by a shutter, and when the stop information passes the position of the photo sensor, the movement of the loom is prevented. A method for pattern matching of Kasuri fabrics using a shuttleless loom, characterized in that the shutter opens in synchronization with the loom, and pattern matching is performed by detecting stop information. 2. When performing pattern matching of Kasuri fabrics by marking stop information by leaving dye or coloring at the position corresponding to the fabric edge of the weft yarn, detecting this with a photo sensor, and stopping the progress of the weft yarn. In order to prevent the photo sensor from detecting pattern information other than stop information and malfunctioning, a weft pulse signal is generated by detecting weft stop information or pattern information, and a weft pulse signal is mechanically emitted at every weft stop interval. A pattern matching method for Kasuri fabrics using a shuttleless loom, characterized in that main axis pulse signals are synthesized and pattern matching is performed when both pulse signals overlap.
