好なアイスクリームを早く作ることができるようにした
ものである。

なお、使用後の塩水ケース22内にたまった塩水は、ケ
ース5を取りはずした後、すてる訳である。以上のよう
に本発明のアイスクリーマーは冷却材料の収容部を上段
部が径の大きな2段式とし、氷、塩を上段部に冷却食塩
水を下段部にそれぞれ収容し、さらにクリーム容器の底
部を突出させることにより、クリーム容器の外底部に突
出した蝿梓体を設け、前記下段部の冷却食塩水を蝿拝し
ているため、ケースの冷却用材料の収容部内の温度を常
に低温に維持でき、冷却効果を高めることにより良好な
アイスクリームをスピーディに作ることができるように
なる。
