ましくは0〜10%でかつ収縮戻り率が縦方向、横方向
ともに1%以上であることが、加工肉を緊迫保持する上
に必要な要因である。伸縮率が−15%をこえる値のフ
ィルムであるとフィルムの煮沸収縮時の応力が強すぎて
結束部分、またはフィルムの弱い部分から破断をおこし
やすい。
