糟勤自在の藤枝4,4とを有する圧着機5にて縦横周囲
から加圧すると共に、接着剤6を介して接着、集成して
集成フリッチ材7を形成し、該集成フリッチ材7をX−
X線にて切断して三角形の残余片8をその他機に接着剤
9を介して集成フリッチ材7を平面矩形に加工し、核加
工した築成フリッチ材7′をスライスして薄肉集成フリ

した集成フリッチ材7′をスライスして薄肉集成フリッ
チ材10を形成する第4工程(第5図参照)と、該薄肉
集成フリッチ材10を一定の長さに裁断する第5工程(
第6図及び第7図参照)との5工程を経て長尺の木製角
材1から化粧板12を形成すべき単板11が得られる。

従って第9図及び第10図に示す斯種従来品のようにイ
り乾板12を形成するために長短異なる寸法及び形状の
フリツチ小片20a,20b,20c,20dを取据え
たり、又は第11図及び第12図に示す従来品の如くイ
8鑑板12を形成する事前に必要な集成フリッチ材7−
を造るために長短異なる寸法及び形状のフリッチ構成片
2a,2b,2c,2dを取据えるのと異り、その手間
費用を省略できると共に材料のロスが生ずるのを防止で
きる。
