【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、大容量アースオーガを使用する既存コンクリ
ート柱の除去方法に関するものである。

杭を引き抜く方法等がある。しかし、これらの方法では
、既存のコンクリート杭の周辺の地盤をいためたり、長
し、杭やまさつ力の大なる地盤で杭の引き抜きが困難で
あった為に、施工能率が悪く杭の撤去に時間がかかる等
の欠点があった。そして、上記の方法で簡単に既存のコ
ンクリート杭が撤去できない場合は、新築工事の杭を設
計変更したり、既存杭を抜けないまま建築物の地上部分
を行い、その根切の各段階に従って寸刻みに杭を切断す
る様な手段を探っているのが現状である。本発明のよう
な欠点を除去し、どのような長いコンクリート杭でも、
また、どのような地盤においても容易に、能率よく短期
間に既存のコンクリート杭を除去することが出釆るよう
にしたものである。以下本発明における実施例添付図面
によって詳述する。第1図に示すように、地中に打込ま
れいる既存の基礎コンクリート杭10‘ま、JIS規格
によるコンクリート杭の場合は総て中空杭にして、且つ
その中空部11の径は杭外径の1/2以上である故、相
当大径なる中空部11を具えている。そこで、本発明は
既存のコンクリート杭10の中空部11を下記の通り利
用したものである。即ち、第2図に示す如く、大容量ア
ースオーガのオーガスクリュー12の中央先端にガイド
治具13を装着し、且つ前記オーガスクリュー12の回
転刃下端に超硬歯先14を設ける。

大きさに対し、比較的剛性の4・なるオーガスクリュー
をもつて、且つ比較的小なる駆動源をもって除去作業を
施し得る利点がある。尚オーガスクリュー12の中央部
先端に装着するガイド拾具13の形状は、除去しようと
する暁存コンクリート杭10の中空部11のその先端を
当俵し、スクリューを回転せしめても容易に外れたり、
鉄り込むようなことのない円錘台形の先端部と、所要の
外径をもった基部とを具えるものであれば、その形状は
問うところでない。即ち、本発明は超硬歯先14を有す
るオーガスクリュ−12の先端に被破砕中空状障害物1
