耐火パネルを提案するものである。Recently, there have been wall bodies or partition boards in which a synthetic resin foam, for example a styrofoam board, is used as a core and corrugated cardboard is attached to one or both sides of the core with an adhesive. This is because it is lightweight, has excellent heat insulation properties, and has outstanding advantages over plasterboard and earth-coated walls in terms of processing and construction. However, synthetic resin foam and cardboard are themselves combustible materials. In addition, the heat resistance temperature of expanded polystyrene and polyurethane foam is about 80 to 10 pi, and the foam only burns into ash without leaving any shape. Therefore, in order to improve the heat resistance of this type of foam, there is also cardboard that is impregnated with a flame retardant, a key retardant, etc., and blocks heat and flames with this surface layer, thereby suppressing the combustion of the foam. do. However, such measures alone have not been able to protect flammable synthetic resin foams from high heat. Furthermore, in the past, it was necessary to use an adhesive to integrate the corrugated board and the polystyrene foam board, which complicated the manufacturing process, lacked adhesive strength, and increased the smoking coefficient. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has fire and heat resistance,
In addition, a core material that forms a carbonized layer under high heat is interposed between the asbestos fiber corrugated board, which has a rougher surface than normal corrugated board, and the nonflammable hard base material, and a self-adhesive core material that forms a carbonized layer under high heat is used. The present invention proposes a fire-resistant panel characterized by being integrally molded through heat resistance.

Specific examples thereof include polyisocyanurate foam and phenol foam, which are discharged in a raw material state and finally become a foam, as will be described later. Reference numeral 2 denotes a corrugated board made of asbestos fibers (hereinafter simply referred to as corrugated board) with a single-sided corrugated board shape, which is spotted on one surface of the core material 1.

In addition, in the comparative example, the members serving as the front and back materials and the core material were integrally formed with an adhesive interposed therebetween. The specific composition, compounding ratio, and test results of semi-noncombustible materials are shown in the table below. (2) is a styrene foam with a heat resistance temperature of 80 qo, (2) is the temperature time area (°C x minutes), @ is the smoke generation coefficient, and (2) is the afterflame time. ■ exceeded the standard temperature curve within 3 minutes. As described above, according to the fireproof panel according to the present invention, the verticality, which is the weak point of the core village, is strengthened by sandwiching the panel with the cardboard and the substrate, and moreover, there is a hakamago that can pass the test as a non-combustible material. In addition, the core material O forms a carbon skeleton under high heat, so its shape hardly changes, and it also exhibits sufficient heat insulation properties under high heat. Further, since corrugated board has a large contact area with the core material and has a rough structure in which the core material material can easily be bitten, there is an advantage that the integration is further strengthened. Additionally, since corrugated cardboard is lightweight, the fireproof panel itself can also be made lighter.
