給気等の供給路として使用する二重巻鋼管の管端接続頭
部成型方法に関し、特に、管端鞍続頭部に形成した、前
面に、先端側に先細状に傾斜した面(配管時に相手接続
基体の円錐状の関口傾斜座面と当接係合する押圧シート
面となる;以下傾斜面と云う)に断面鏡歯状の平行溝を
成型加工することにより、二重巻鋼管の巻終り機縁部に
必然的に生ずる傾斜面の線状窪みを寸断するようにした

れば、先ず、管外周面に管長に沿って巻終り端縁部によ
る線状窪み8を有する二重巻鋼管1(第1図)の管端部
1′を一定長さの加工代を突出させてチャック6で握持
し、パンチ部材5の鞠芯部に設けた裁頭円錐状に凹部5
′で先端外方から該加工代の部分を鼠芯方向へ押圧加工
することにより、前記管端部1′に、前面に先端側に先
細状に額斜した押圧シート面3を有し且つ組込んだ綿付
けナットによってその背面を掛圧される断面ブリッジ状
の膨出頭部2を形成する。(第2図)次いで、チャック
6′で握持した膨出頭部の頂部側から傾斜面3に刃物部
材7を当援させ、いずれか一方の部材を回転させて該傾
斜面3に円周方向の多数の平行溝4,4・・・を断面鋸

ことを特徴とする二重巻鋼管における管端接続頭部の成
