However, even if it is simply formed to have a mortar texture, it is inferior to the original mortar wall. Furthermore, although it is very easy to make granules protrude from the surface of a metal plate, etc., on the other hand, there is a disadvantage that the granules fall off. Furthermore, the idea of filling the concave surfaces of the uneven surface with sand is being proposed as a panel to improve these problems, but the process is too complicated and involves multiple steps, making it difficult to obtain a homogeneous product. The present invention proposes a method for eliminating these drawbacks and manufacturing panels with a new image texture easily and with fewer steps.

That is, this panel consists of a base material 1, a concave surface 2 and a convex surface 3 formed on the surface thereof or the base material itself, a sun-curved surface 4 formed by the convex and convex surfaces, and sand 5.
The spraying agent 7 is composed of a binder 6 and a binder 6, and an overcoat 8. The above Motomura 1 includes metal plates, plaster plates,
Form asbestos slate boards, calcium carbonate boards, calcium silicate boards, etc. into arbitrary shapes. The metal plate may be a colored iron plate, a galvanized steel plate, other surface-treated steel plates, an aluminum plate, a stainless steel plate, etc., and the plate thickness is about 3 ribs or less and is easily plastically deformable. The sand 5 includes silica sand, colored silica sand, glass grains, quartz powder, ceramic pieces,
The binder should be made of shirasu, vermiculite, obsidian, rock powder, pearlite grains, etc., and should have a particle size of about 16 to 200 mesh. The binder does not need to be particularly limited, as long as it is commercially available for paints. However, for example, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, polyester resin, acrylic urthane resin, phthalic acid resin, melamine resin, etc. are used. The composition of the spraying agent 7 is approximately 100:200 to 50 by volume ratio of binder and sand.
It has a viscosity of 25 qo and about 100 to 5000 centipoise. As the overcoat 8, any of the resins mentioned above is used. Of course, you can freely choose the color, gloss, and brightness. The height of the sand described above is limited so that it does not protrude outward from the convex surface of the base material 1. Next, an embodiment of the method for manufacturing a decorative panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. First, a colored iron plate (thickness 0.27 side) as a base material is formed into the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. Then, this base material 1 is placed on a roller R rotating at a constant speed (in a constant direction) as shown in FIG. When the base material 1 reaches a suitable position, it is uniformly applied to the entire decorative surface from the spray gun G. Thereafter, the spraying agent present on the convex surface 3 is removed, ie before this spraying agent has hardened. There are various examples of this, but for example, as shown in FIG. There is a device that is fixed with an inclination as shown in FIG. 8 with respect to the direction, and has the above-mentioned mechanism added to the tip. Next, overcoat (acrylic resin)
8 is formed on the convex surface 3 via a roller R. At this time, the overcoat 8 may be applied to the entire decorative surface by spraying. The film thickness of the above-mentioned overcoat 8 is approximately 3.
0 micron coating was applied. Next, add this base material to 10000
Let dry for a minute.

ある。In addition to what has been described above, it is also possible to form an uneven surface on the surface of plaster or slate, as shown in FIG. 9, and form a decorative surface as described above thereon. As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a decorative panel according to the present invention, damage to the color coating film formed by the formation of uneven surfaces can be sufficiently repaired, and smooth areas and fine sand can be distributed at high density. Because the shaped parts are on the same level and are distributed in a mosaic pattern, it has the characteristic that it is possible to easily produce an appearance that harmonizes natural and artificial looks with fewer steps than ever before. Further, there is an advantage that color, gloss, brightness difference, etc. can be obtained very easily.
