In the above device, both sides of the furnace cloth are sandwiched between the side plate and the suction box during the conveyance and suction section, so wrinkles and screws do not occur in the furnace cloth even during long sections, and the separated solids ( It has many advantages, such as not having a negative effect on the suction box (cake), making it easy to increase the size of the device, and being applicable to various solid-liquid separations. The provision of side plates not only increases the cost of the entire apparatus, but also causes separated powder to stick to the opening/closing mechanism of the side plates, causing malfunctions.

Furthermore, even if the oven cloth is held between the side plate and the suction box, there is a drawback that air leakage from the cross sections of the cloth on both sides cannot be completely prevented. An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the continuous solid-liquid separator with a side plate described above, and to eliminate wrinkles in the furnace cloth by simple means.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a continuous solid-liquid separator that can prevent the occurrence of twisting and also reliably prevent air leakage from the cross sections of both ends of a furnace cloth.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention attaches a large number of end bands adjacently along both side green edges of the furnace cloth,
The end band is attached to the side machine edge of the furnace cloth so as to seal it, and is provided with a locking part on the outside that removably engages with the shoulder of the side end of the suction box, and has a locking part or the side edge of the suction box. Either one of the shoulders is made of an elastic body,
When the furnace cloth reaches the conveyance section, fixed weir plates installed along both sides of the conveyance section press the end band against the suction box and push it out to the outside of the premises, and the locking section is It is characterized by being configured so as to be engaged with the side end shoulder portion.

This end band 11 is divided into a large number of parts so as not to cause trouble when the oven cloth 6 bends and moves along the roll 7, and is arranged adjacent to each other along the green edges 6a of both side edges of the oven cloth 6. In addition to being attached, a notch 17 is provided at the side end of the adjacent locking portion 13 to prevent interference.
The locking part 13 of the end band 1 engages with the shoulder of the side end of the suction box 1 when the furnace cloth 6 is in the conveyance section, makes the furnace cloth 6 in a tensioned state, and brings it into close contact with the furnace plate 3. It plays the role of moving the diseased cloth 6 and the suction box 6 at a synchronized speed without causing wrinkles or twists in the suction box 6, but it also facilitates the engagement and disengagement of the locking part 13 with the side end portion of the suction box 1. In order to ensure this, recessed stepped portions 18 are provided on both shoulders of the suction box, and a piece of sponge 19 that is easily elastically deformed is attached to the recessed stepped portion 18. A section is formed. 20
are weir plates that are installed above the green sides of both sides of the furnace cloth 6 in the conveyance section, and are fixed to support arms 22 fixed to the base 21, and their lower end surfaces are attached to both sides of the furnace cloth 6. It is arranged so as to press against the end band 11 attached to the end green.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the weir plate 20 extends over the entire length of the conveyance section, and has an inclined guide portion 20a bent slightly inward on the entrance side. When the oven cloth 6 moves to the entrance side of the conveyance section, the locking part 14 of the end band 1 engages with the inclined guide part 20a and is gradually pushed out to the outside of the machine, causing the oven cloth 6 to become slightly tensioned. At the same time, the locking portion 13 of the end band 11 engages with the shoulder portion of the side end made of the sponge piece 19 of the suction box 1, and the furnace cloth 6 and the suction box 1 are pulled together as described above. Move at the desired speed. Next, the operation will be explained.

When the suction box 1 is in the conveyance section, the furnace cloth 6 is in close contact with the furnace plate 3 as described above and moves at a speed synchronized with the suction box 1, and the suction hole 2 is aligned with the suction trough 5. The slurry-like material supplied from the supply chute 9 at the inlet end of the section and spread onto the upper surface of the furnace cloth 6 is regulated from flowing outward through the two weir plates on both sides, and is continuously formed in a layer of approximately uniform thickness. While the liquid is being transferred, the liquid is suctioned and removed, and solid-liquid separation is performed.

Through this solid-liquid separation, a separated solid (cake) is formed on the upper surface of the furnace cloth 6. This separated solid is further dehydrated under pressure through a pressurized roll and at the same time its surface is flattened. Then, a long plate-shaped separated solid is peeled off from the tear cloth 6 and taken out. Then, the furnace cloth 6 passes through the cleaning section 8 and moves to the conveying section again, and the same operation as described above is repeated.Sixth The diagram shows end band 1
An example is shown in which the side edge 6a of the furnace cloth 6 is inserted into the notch 23 provided in the attachment part 12 so as to sandwich it, and the side edge 6a of the furnace cloth 6 is fixed with adhesive. The end band 11 is attached with the end section sealed.

When the end band 11 is made of an elastic material as described above, the locking portion 13 thereof is easily elastically deformed, so the side end shoulder portion of the suction box 1 is made of an elastic material such as a piece of sponge 7 as in the above embodiment. This is not necessary, and the number of parts and pressurizing man-hours are reduced accordingly, making the structure simpler. As described above, according to the present invention, the simple structure of attaching end bands along the green edges of both sides of the furnace cloth effectively prevents wrinkles and twists in the furnace cloth, while also effectively preventing the furnace cloth from becoming wrinkled or twisted. The suction pox can be moved at a synchronized speed,
Furthermore, since both sides of the furnace cloth are sealed by the end bands, air leakage from the side end sections of the furnace cloth can be reliably prevented. Therefore, compared to the above-described continuous solid-liquid separator with side plates, it can be manufactured at a lower cost and the size of the apparatus can be easily increased.
