Among these, sheet waterproofing is performed using unvulcanized sheets and vulcanized sheets, but in the case of unvulcanized sheet construction, it is relatively easy to adapt to uneven ground surfaces. Materials with high stress can be classified into ethylene vinyl acetate rubber (EVA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc. The former is suitable for construction in the complex areas mentioned above, but if cracks occur in the base, necking may occur. This causes the sheet at the cracked part to be stretched and become thinner, and there is a risk of the sheet being cut. Also, if air is trapped, the sheet may rupture due to air expansion, which not only looks bad but also causes the sheet to become thinner. There is a drawback that it can cause water leakage. On the other hand, in the case of the latter EVA, PVC, or vulcanized sheets, rebound resilience acts in the corners and recesses of complicated areas, and they do not blend well with the construction surface, resulting in voids between the construction surface and the sheet. There are defects that can cause water spots. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention focuses on the above-mentioned drawbacks of construction of a conventional waterproof sheet, and solves this by using a vulcanized rubber sheet having plasticity and flexibility. A method for constructing a waterproof sheet for buildings that completely adheres it along the corners and recesses of complex parts of objects, then coats the sheet with paint and allows it to naturally vulcanize, thereby effectively waterproofing buildings. The purpose is to provide

○) 40 to 6 Tochio degrees, below 40 the sheet will break, above 60 it will not blend, unvulcanized sheet with this characteristic and containing vulcanizing agent and vulcanization aid is laid in complex areas with base adhesive. This is a construction method that consists of pasting and blending, and then applying a paint containing only a vulcanization aid or a paint containing both a vulcanization agent and a vulcanization aid, which allows for natural vulcanization in a short period of time. This makes it possible to prevent the sheet from breaking due to cracks in the base or expansion of the air contained therein, which were problems with the aforementioned unvulcanized sheets. Therefore, although the above-mentioned waterproof sheet of the present invention is mainly applied to complicated parts of buildings using a base adhesive, it is not limited to complicated parts, and can be applied to ordinary flat bases. The effect is fully demonstrated even in the case of

On the other hand, in the present invention, the paints applied to the vulcanized rubber sheet include acrylic resin, vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer, vinyl chloride-pinylene chloride copolymer, various synthetic rubbers, epoxy resins, and others. It includes known paints and can be dissolved in a solvent or used in the form of an emulsion.

Here, the proportions of each mixture in the unvulcanized rubber sheet and the paint are not necessarily constant, but in the case of an unvulcanized rubber sheet, 1 to 6 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent is added to 100 parts by weight of rubber to accelerate vulcanization. Most commonly, 2 to 1 parts by weight of the vulcanizing agent and 2 to 1 parts by weight of the curing accelerator are used, based on 10 parts by weight of the vulcanizing agent and 10 parts by weight of the resin in the case of paint. Incidentally, the vulcanizing agent includes sulfur type, P-quinone dioxime (GMF) type, resin type such as olefin type, phenol type, xylene type resin, etc., and is selected and used as appropriate.

The waterproof sheet for buildings according to the present invention is constructed by first adhering it to the base construction surface using a base adhesive, and then applying the above-mentioned paint thereon. As the base adhesive, for example, CR (chloroprene) ) type rubber dissolved in a solvent such as toluene or CR emulsion is used.

In particular, when applying a vulcanized rubber sheet to a complicated area, it is extremely effective to use a base adhesive. In this way, the vulcanized rubber sheet formulated as described above and coated with a paint can prevent the base from cracking due to natural vulcanization and the sheet from breaking due to air expansion inside the sheet, making it an extremely excellent product. It has waterproof sheet properties.

In addition, the tensile strength is determined by JIS using a No. 3 dumbbell test piece.
This was done using K-6301. Further, in FIG. 1A, the left axis represents the tensile strength, and the lower axis represents the number of days elapsed, while the left axis of FIG. 1A represents the elongation rate, and the lower axis represents the number of days elapsed. At the mouth of FIG. 1, paint Tsukuda-1 according to the method of the present invention,

It was understood that the vulcanization accelerator in the paint migrated to the interface of the vulcanized rubber sheet and promoted natural vulcanization.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the construction method of the present invention,
The waterproof sheet after construction has excellent performance.
When waterproofing complex parts of a building, apply an unvulcanized rubber sheet containing the vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing aid and a paint containing only the vulcanizing aid, or a paint containing the vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing aid. By applying a tarpaulin sheet, the paint can be naturally cured in 1 to 2 days in an 8000 oven, which normally takes 4 to 7 days in an 8000 oven. It has an excellent feature that can prevent the cracking of the base, which was a problem with unwashed sheets, as well as sheet tearing due to air expansion inside the sheet, further improving the waterproofing effect.
