Production was also an extra effort. Particularly in computer terminal equipment, etc., flat wires made of multiple pongee wires lined up horizontally are commonly used, but since these wires are quite wide, when you try to fasten them, the binding smell itself is quite bad. It was large, and the situation was extremely disadvantageous in terms of space factors.

Due to its nature, it can be cut freely, the length can be set freely, and it can be made thin, so it can be used in any mounting location, and the space factor has also been significantly improved. It is something.

Since the electric lines provided on the surface can be electrically connected to each other, electric lines can be branched or integrated without the need for a separate connector.

There is a certain phase difference between the peaks and troughs of the other, and in the case shown, the peak of one wavy strip is at the peak of the trough of the other waveform. There is. When two such fasteners A are used and they are crimped together, as shown in FIG. It is filled with iron, and together with the frictional force between the adjacent corrugated stripes a and the green on the side a, they come to engage with each other.

In contrast to this basic shape, there are cases where the recess 2 is located between the peaks 1 and has an acute angle shape, as shown in the second figure, and a recess 2 as shown in the third figure.
has a flat shape (Hakama Seki Sho 47-224 Bulletin), and as shown in Figure 4, a laminate layer 3 is applied to cover the back side of this flat part to increase physical strength ( (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-44251), etc., go further and attach an adhesive layer to the back surface 3, or as shown in Figure 5, install an anchor-type or canoe-type mounting fastener 4 in the gutter to attach the mounting body. There are also products that can be attached to P with one touch. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the fastener A viewed in the longitudinal direction, and for only the fastener A, it is a cross section taken along the line V-V in FIG. 1A.・In addition to the above-mentioned various modifications, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-44249, a projection 4 protruding in the machine direction is provided at the apex of the valley part, and this is used as a locking pawl to increase the anchoring force. , from the same point of view, disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-4425, in which a locking pawl is provided that extends laterally on the sloped portion from the peak to the concave portion, with the phase difference between adjacent waveform strips being suppressed slightly. Something like this has also been developed.

Of course, this is to prevent short circuits between adjacent wavy lines. In other words, the wavy lines c'' are pasted on each of the plurality of wavy lines on which the wavy lines are attached. Moreover, it is possible to form current lines and signal lines that are separate and independent from each other.

製造方法によることである。However, on the contrary, when the entire surface of one crimp-peelable fastener A functions as a single crab track, it is not necessary to limit the number of strips to every other strip, and furthermore, in order to reduce the line resistance, the surface of all the corrugated strips should be The above-mentioned strip-like electric circuit configuration may be applied to the circuit. FIG. 6B is an enlarged view of one waveform strip a to which the electric circuit c'' has been attached in this way, and the end portion of the wire is intentionally turned up. Various existing techniques can be used to attach the curved path c'' by following the uneven shape formed by the peaks 1 and the recesses 2 of the corrugated stripes a, for example. There are methods such as using plastic deformation of the strip-shaped member used as the electric circuit and gradually adhering it with an appropriate adhesive.
Of course, such a method may be used, but one desirable attachment method is the manufacturing method as the second aspect of the present invention, as described below.

An embodiment of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained based on the premise that the process starts after the formation of the fastener geometric shape by such diamond straightening. First, as shown in FIG. The fastener A, which has been formed, is advanced in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and placed between at least a pair of opposing haze road application rollers 11a and 11b.

Reference numeral 1a is a roller having a configuration that does not damage the shapes of the ridges and recesses (flat parts) of the molded fastener. That is, this loaf may have the same configuration as the forming roller in the molding machine seen in the above publication, and to put it simply, the loaf has an annular tooth row contour with a complementary shape to the peaks and recesses of the corrugated strip a of the fastener A. It is said that the thickness is the same as the width of a single wavy strip, and that multiple wavy strips are arranged in parallel so that the tooth rows of adjacent ones have the same phase difference as the phase difference between adjacent wavy strips of the fastener. It is made up of Between this pair of rollers,
One or more military strips c'' such as copper foil strips sent out from a separate feeding mechanism are aligned and wound around the corrugated strips a to be attached.

When passing through the Zenigata roller la, each strip or electromagnetic c'' is plastically deformed to conform to the shape of the corresponding fastener corrugated strip a, thereby physically crimping or, as described above, If hot-melt agent application and heating steps are included, each corresponding corrugated strip a can be melted and bonded more reliably.

Attach a crimp-peel fastener that has the same shape as the attaching surface of the crimp-peel fastener A, which is the basic member of the electric wire, to the part to be fastened, and cut it to an appropriate length. It is convenient for maintenance and inspection because it is easy to remove and remove.

Another great advantage is that, as shown in FIG. 8, if you prepare another electric wire of the present invention using a similar fastener A', you can physically crimp and fix the two, and the exposed circuit between the two can be fixed. It is also possible to make an electrical connection between the two directions. This means that, for example, in FIG. 8, the groove from the x direction can be reversibly branched to the x, x2 directions.

ことができる。This is because although a large number of lines are required, the current per each line is generally small. In such a case, the terminals of the outlines on each waveform strip may be soldered to the red wires to be connected, but usually they are used to process multi-line core wires lined up in a straight line. You may use the connector with some modifications. In addition, as shown in Figure 8, in order to find continuity between two electric wires, it is necessary to position the corrugated stripes that are connected to each other and then press and engage them. In order to do this, if you place marks on the fastener parts of both, or if you regularize the wavy strips in advance that have the same width and provide a lightning path, you can crimp them together by matching the marks or matching the width. The desired crimping and connection between electrical circuits can be ensured by simply using the following method.

As described in detail above, even when the electric wire having a crimp-peelable attachment surface of the present invention is fixed as necessary, such as during routing, the fixed side is a crimp-peelable type that is complementary to the attachment surface. Fasteners can be used, there is no need for specially designed or space-consuming binding, and at least between wires of the same configuration. By making some of the conductors bare, it is easy to branch out or integrate the cable channels as necessary, and the product value is high in terms of appearance, and it can be used well even when multiple lines are required. It can have many and remarkable effects.
