の光を遮ぎると云う配光上の問題としンズ発光面が小さ
くなるなどの問題がある。本発明は上述の事情に鑑みて
なしたもので、レンズとハウジングとを強固に接合シー
ル固定できると共にレンズ発光面の拡大化を図ることが
でき、しかも構造が簡単な新規な車糠用灯具を提供する
ことを目的とする。

えた受活具7に固定し、レンズ2の接合脚部21を矢印
P方向に圧接し乍ら前記高周波譲導コイル8を駆動する
ことにより前記綾部12の底部12aと接合脚部21と
端部22との間に挟持した前記針金3を譲導加熱し、こ
の針金3の発熱によりハウジング1の溝部12の底部1
2aの内面としンズ2の脚部21の端部22との接合部
を溶融させるとともにその接合部中に針金3が埋設した
状態で接合し、かつその接合部の溶融物6の固化により
溝部12の内面と接合脚部21の外面とが一体的に固着
されるものである。
