More specifically, the present invention relates to hyaluronan. The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic containing one or more types of phosphoric acid, chondroitin 4-sulfate, chondroitin-6 sulfate, or salts thereof, and one or more types of soluble collagen. Conventionally, it has been considered ideal for general skin cosmetics to reproduce on the skin almost the same components as those on the skin surface, and most of them are mainly composed of water and oil, which are the typical components of the skin. However, in recent years, a report was made by D. Jacobi who systematized it as the NMF theory of human skin, and NMF (Natural
The stratum corneum of healthy human skin contains 30-40% of a series of water- and polar solvent-soluble substances called Moisturizing Factors, such as amino acids, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (salts), lactate, and urea. Furthermore, the flexibility of the skin and its functions are influenced by the moisture content of the stratum corneum, which in turn depends on the content of specific water-removing contents of the stratum corneum, especially NMF. The ingredient has come to be recognized as a moisture-absorbing ingredient.

However, although such moisture-absorbing ingredients can perform their functions at high temperatures, at low temperatures their effect of absorbing moisture from the skin becomes extremely large, and as a result, the skin surface becomes This causes a large amount of water to be lost from the water, and rather, the function is not fully utilized, resulting in a major drawback. Some attempts have been made to solve this drawback, such as by using sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and polypeptide, but no satisfactory method has yet been achieved. On the other hand, from the perspective of dermatology, it is known that the aging phenomenon of the skin can be roughly divided into aging of skin cells and aging of the dermal connective tissue.

There are two major connective tissue components in the summer skin: a fiber component and a matrix component. That is, the skin intercellular matrix is formed by crosslinked collagen fibers formed into helices by three peptides and mucopolysaccharide, which is a proteoglycan.
In addition, the skin fibers of healthy, young humans have a high proportion of soluble collagen, while in mature and aged human skin, a large amount of non-sealike collagen is produced due to increased intramolecular cross-linking of soluble collagen. . Matrix components, especially hyaluronic acid, decrease in inverse proportion to the accumulation of insoluble collagen, and as a result, with aging, skin tissue loses its flexibility and elasticity, and its water retention capacity decreases, leading to increased wrinkles in the skin. In order to prevent this skin aging phenomenon or to give a rejuvenating effect to the foot of the skin, a bamboo paste containing active ingredients of the skin dermis has been proposed. (sulfuric acid), mucoitin sulfate, caronine sulfate (Hakama Kosho 32-2700, Mochikosho 33

However, the active ingredients that have been studied so far have focused solely on their individual effects, and no attention has been paid to interactions or synergistic effects with other ingredients. In fact, in the case of mucopolysaccharides, almost no hygroscopicity or water-encapsulating properties were observed when used alone, and at the same time, when used alone, both mucopolysaccharides and soluble collagen exhibited the same drawbacks as the NMF component described above. It is also generally known that when a substance that is the same as its constituent components in the skin is applied externally, beneficial results are not necessarily obtained, and furthermore, soluble collagen is easily denatured by heat etc., reducing its effectiveness. This is also an obvious fact. As a result of various systematic studies aimed at solving the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventor discovered that a cosmetic containing a specific mucopolysaccharide or its salts and soluble collagen has a health-beautifying and hydrating effect on skin dust. The present inventors have succeeded in providing the cosmetic composition of the present invention by discovering that it can exert excellent efficacy and also reliably eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantageous adverse effect on the skin.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one of Q-amino acid and pyrrolidone carboxylic acid or a salt thereof is used as such other components. It is preferable to contain such a component in an amount of 0.01 to 5% by weight, and it is preferable to contain the component under conditions of use such that the dew point is equal to or higher than the same dew point. When the above component (■) is used alone, almost no hygroscopicity or water-envelopment is observed, and it is only when it is present together with the component (2) that it brings about the effect that meets the purpose of the present invention. . Even among mucopolysaccharides, such effects are not particularly observed in other mucopolysaccharides such as dermatan sulfate, chondroitin 4,6 disulfate, dermatan 4,6 disulfate, keratan sulfate, and hebaran sulfate. In the cosmetics of the present invention, the soluble collagen used is one extracted with a weakly acidic, weakly alkaline, or neutral salt aqueous solution by a known extraction method (for example, see Tokkoku Sho 49-134810 and Tokkoku Sho 52-8384). be able to. As the Q-0 amino acid, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, and salts thereof, those commonly used for skin cosmetic purposes are used. The preferred concentration of each of these ingredients is as follows:
The component (2) is 0.02 to 3% by weight, the component (2) (soluble collagen) is 0.1 to 3% by weight, and the Q-quami/acid pyrocarbon carboxylic acid is 0.1 to 3% by weight. Next, in order to prove the effects and usefulness of the present invention, the above-mentioned component (■) and
The results of a test to measure water encapsulation and skin elasticity on the elbow surface of rat skin were conducted using a mixed system with these components and a system using these components alone.

The elasticity values in Table 2 are the area of the hysteresis curve drawn when the skin is stretched to the median value between the first and second descending points and then contracted, and the elasticity value is the area of the hysteresis curve drawn when the skin is stretched to the median value between the first and second descending points, and the blank (untreated skin) is 100
It shows the percentage when the number is 4.
Sashimi is highly elastic. As mentioned above, in both [Experiment A] and [Experiment B] after skin exfoliation, the relative humidity was 2 0, and the relative humidity was 5.
The test was carried out in a constant temperature room with a constant temperature of 0%. Furthermore, all the numerical results are average values. Table 2 3) Results As shown in Table 2, hyaluronic acid, mucopolysaccharide, and soluble collagen have poor effective water enveloping ability when used alone, and amino acids also lose their water enveloping ability at low humidity.

However, it is clearly recognized that in the mixed system of soluble collagen and chondroitin 4-sulfate or chondroitin-6 sulfate, excellent water envelopment continues down to low temperatures.
In addition, it has been confirmed that sample 13, in which soluble collagen was treated at high temperature and then chondroitin 6 sulfate was added thereto, had lower water envelopment than sample 12, in which chondroitin 6 sulfate was added to soluble collagen and treated at high temperature from the beginning.

This indicates that chondroitin 6 sulfate prevents denaturation of soluble collagen in the system, and in fact, as a result of actual analysis, a large amount of collagen denaturation due to heat treatment of soluble collagen was observed in sample 13. Furthermore, the results of the skin tensile test (experiment b) revealed that a mixed system of the component (1) and the component (2) was effective in improving the elasticity of the skin.

Furthermore, it was also observed that the elasticity of the skin when using a specimen heat-treated with a mixed system of soluble collagen and chondroitin hexasulfate was not lowered compared to that of an untreated specimen. It was confirmed that hyaluronic acid has the same effect as chondroitin 4-sulfate and chondroitin-6 sulfate. Next, in comparing the nutritional cream of Example 1 described later with a conventional nutritional cream, the effect of application was investigated by applying it to 60 adult women for 3 months in winter (approximately 1 skin area once every night), as shown in Table 3. The results were obtained.
