と優れている。特に従釆の代表的な極氏添加剤は一般に
防錆一性が悪くあるし、は消泡性に劣ると云う欠点を有
していたが、本発明ハロゲン化安息香酸誘導体アルカル
塩は油性極圧添加剤と同程度の極庄度が得られる上、発
泡性が4・こい。またこれを切削油剤成分として用いる
ときは工具寿命の延長、仕上面精度を向上させる。また
本発明ハロゲン化安息香酸誘導体アルカリ塩は切削油剤
に限らず、水性防錆性極圧添加剤としての用途、例えば
調質圧延油用添加剤としての用途も有するものである。
以下実施例をあげて説明する。実施例 1 各種ハロゲン化安息香酸誘導体のトリェタノールアミン
塩の0.5重量%水溶液を用い、防鈴性、表面張力、摩
擦係数および耐圧度を測定する。
