支持し、その後保持体を倒伏状態に変位させるとともに
容器の口部保持装置に向け前進させて口部余剰部をその
保持部内に挿入し、容器口部の切断部分を不動状態に保
持したのちその移動する力を利用して固定的に設置され
た刃物の額斜刃により口部余剰部を次第に切込んで切断
に導くようにしたので、容器自体が軟弱でかつ不定形で
あっても確実に切断することができ、特に容器口部を口
部保持装置に挿入圧酸したのち切断がなされるので、容
器自体の性状に左右されることなく前記の切断ができ、
しかもその切断位置が切断途上で変動することがないの
で、切断後の容器口部の切口が曲つたり、段がつくよう

Claims (1)
移動方向に対し直交する方向に移動自在に搭載された移
動体と、この移動体上においてその移動方向に直交姿勢
および水平倒伏姿勢をとり得るよう起伏回動自在に支承
され、合成樹脂製の被切除容器の下半部を直接若しくは
容器保持器を介して保持する保持体と、前記枠体に設け
られ、前記移動体の前進時に倒伏姿勢にある容器の口部
余剰部を受入れて容器口部の肩部を圧接保持する口部保
持装置と、この保持装置の横行軌道上に固設され、該保
持装置の容器口部切断箇所に摺接して切断する傾斜刃を
有する刃物とを備えてなる合成樹脂容器の口部余剰部切
