The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and will be described in detail below based on the attached drawings. As the thermoplastic synthetic resin, for example, granular pinyl chloride dry blend particles 4 with an average diameter of about 0.5 to 3 are used, and these are applied to fiber substrates 1 such as paper, cloth, nonwoven fabrics, etc. It is sprinkled at appropriate intervals on the surface of the material 1 coated with paint or the fiber base material 1 with the printed layer 10 attached, and then it is spread over a long distance while moving on the belt conveyor 5 as shown in FIG. Heat the kite with an infrared heater or an infrared heater 6, and then heat the kite with a hot air oven 7 with a length of 30 and a temperature of 200°C for 6 m.
The particles 4 are melted by passing through the particles at a speed of about 1/2 min, and then cooled in a cooling section 8 to obtain a plate as shown in FIG. In other embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, relatively fine particles 4 are sprinkled onto the fiber base material 1 and heated in the same manner as above to melt the particles 4 and separate the particles 4 from each other. It is fused and cooled to cover the surface of the fiber base material 1, and the unevenness 2 on the surface of the transparent or semitransparent layer 3 is smoother than that shown in FIG. 1 and has a gloss. be. Incidentally, in the cases of FIGS. 4 and 5, the amount of heating is increased compared to the case of FIG. 1. The IQ-hoko board thus obtained has a surface formed by partially melting relatively large particles of thermoplastic synthetic resin, such as agglomerated vinyl chloride dry blend, on the surface of the fiber matrix 1. A transparent or semi-transparent layer 3 having gloss and smooth unevenness 2 is formed, and this transparent or semi-transparent layer 3 is generally scattered independently on the surface of the fiber base material 1, and some are adjacent to each other. It is connected to a transparent or semi-transparent layer 3. In the present invention, the thermoplastic synthetic resin is usually used as a composition, and its shape can be granular or powdered, and these thermoplastic synthetic resins are melted and cooled under heating to form transparent or Any material that can form the semi-transparent layer 3 may be used. In order to apply these on the surface of the fiber base material 1, it is applied by scattering them in an uneven or non-uniform manner. In addition, the surface of the fiber base material 1 is smooth,
It is possible to use a material in which a raised portion is formed by pattern printing or the like. The amount of heating is appropriately selected depending on the shape of the thermoplastic synthetic resin used, the desired degree of surface unevenness, and the like.

The decorative material of the present invention can be preferably used for interior decoration with pongee-like medicinal surfaces, especially as wallpaper and ceiling paper.

Depending on the layer, it is possible to obtain a salmon material with a surface that closely resembles the surface coated with citron, and in forming such a layer of thermoplastic synthetic resin, the surface of the fiber base material is coated with thermoplastic synthetic resin. By scattering the particles of thermoplastic synthetic resin on the surface of the fiber base material and heating and melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin particles, the thermoplastic synthetic resin particles can be melted by heating and melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin particles on the surface of the fiber base material. When this is heated, the molten thermoplastic synthetic resin flows under its own weight, creating a transparent or translucent layer of thermoplastic synthetic resin with a smooth, natural surface. It is possible to form a pure medicinal-like surface with smooth irregularities without the need for embossing, eliminating the expensive equipment and process costs for embossing, and manufacturing decorative materials at a low cost. It has the advantage of being able to

3 In the thus obtained decorative material, the printed layer 10 is visible through the transparent or semi-transparent layer 3 formed by melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin, and the unevenness 2 formed on the surface of the transparent or semi-transparent layer 3 is visible.
This gives a subtle change to the pattern of the printed layer 10, and furthermore, the printed layer 10 can be protected with a transparent or translucent layer 3 to prevent browning, and can be used as wallpaper or ceiling paper for a long time.
